Yvonne has been my go-to eyelash extension lady since March 2019. I only trust her with my eyelashes as I've had some horrible experiences. I've recently gone to her for makeup and ombre brows. She's professional, friendly, efficient and thorough with her work and it's great to see that Masaya Beauty is now in a new location closer to Bentall. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family as she will never disappoint. My ombre brows has almost finished the peeling/scrabbing phase and I've had so many compliments with the shape and colour...I haven't even done my touch-up yet so I'm super excited for the finished look.

She was very kind, understanding, skilful and precise in creating the perfect brows/lip shade for me - from shape, to colour, technique and the final look. She explained perfectly well, going into details about the treatment, what to expect and about the after care. I had my eyebrows done with Yvonne before and the job was excellent! My eyebrows have turned out exactly how I imagined them and I am delighted. I also had my full lip semi permanent done recently and I couldn’t be happier. The result was a perfect colour shade for me, natural and beautiful looking: I'm so happy with the way they both turned out and my makeup routine has became so much quicker, thanks to her brilliant work.
