   I purchased a course of 8 laser hair removal treatments in February 2023. Initially, the treatment seemed to be effective, when Steph (who has now left) was doing it. Once she left and one of the SK:N clinics in Esher closed, it all went downhill. There was a lack of staff and a pokey little room used in the opposite clinic, which only just fit the laser machine. There was a member of staff that took over from Steph - she didn’t really seem interested in the treatments, sometimes she didn’t turn up for work or was very late, she didn’t follow the process correctly including checking how effective the treatment had been to date which is determined by a series of questions and a form that I should have been asked to sign in every appointment. For each appointment every 6 weeks, I would highlight that I had not seen a difference and that I was unhappy - every time I said this, she said she would ‘change the setting’ used so that it was more effective. I had to stop the laser hair removal course after 7 treatments due to falling pregnant. I have not seen any difference at all since I’ve stopped going and I am now shaving as much now as I was before I started the course. I have sought opinions from a few clinics that do laser hair removal and they agree that the treatment I had received was dreadful and I should not be experiencing this growth after almost a year of laser hair removal. I am disappointed to say the least with regards to this and I am unhappy that I’ve wasted my time and money on something that was guaranteed to work. There isn’t usually a guarantee but based on my hair colour and skin type I was told by SK:N that I was the perfect candidate for this type of treatment. I have a friend that has completed the course and has had the identical experience to me. It’s safe to say I will not be using this clinic again and will be making sure that this is known.    The machine was not working properly so had a wasted journey - also there is only one girl trained on the machine and she is going travelling for a month - I have been trying to book the 2 treatments in for months now. The other machines have not been updated and are the same as they were 10 years ago - unfortunately there has been no investment in the clinical side of the business since Jill Zander actually owned it. It’s a shame as it was the go to place if you really wanted to have good treatment. Now it’s just another expensive waste of time -

   Jill Zander when Jill Zander was the proprietor was amazing. Now it is beyond awful. The customer service is rude and obnoxious. I bought a course of Hyfrafacials in October and have struggled to book appointments, the last one I had the 'manager' told me my course of 6 was finished even though I haven't used 6. I've tried to contact them and the SK:N Clinic to ask them to give me all the dates and times they think I've had appointments so I can cross reference my diary and they consistently ignore me. Most of the lovely therapists who were there have left as they dislike the management so much, shame. Avoid.

   A truly wonderful skin clinic based in the heart of Esher. I have always experienced such high quality and efficient service from Kate, the front of house team and the practitioners that I see. They provided me with a package of dermapen and hydra facials which I’ve been having for the last 6 months and my skin has never been brighter, clearer or smoother! The hydra facials are especially good as they are one hour long. A special shout out to Arlia (spelling?) you always take such good care of my skin, thank you. I believe good skin is imperative to a woman’s confidence! The clinic is always willing to provide specially tailored plans and discounts too and have a range of high grade skincare products to purchase.

   I always feel completely at ease at Jill Zander. Kate and the rest of the front of house staff are wonderfully friendly and efficient. The doctors and beauticians are experts making you feel confident and relaxed during your treatments.

   Highly recommend Jill Zander. The service is outstanding, particularly the hydra facials! I bought a course of 6 and my skin has never looked so good. Chelsea is an amazing facialist! The clinic itself is always full of friendly staff who are very helpful with any skin concerns you may have. 10/10 experience all around!

   I have been attending this clinic weekly for approximately 8 months and it is no exaggeration to say that each visit is so good that you feel it cannot be bettered and yet somehow it is! From the very first visit you are made so welcome. The atmosphere is warm,friendly and caring. All staff are impeccably trained and professional whilst still managing to build a rapport with each client. No matter what you are there for it becomes a totally holistic experience, I cannot recommend it highly enough and will continue to have treatments whether I need them or not!
