Filled in an econsult form online at 8am. Was seen and prescribed antibiotics within the hour. Cannot fault this service or the staff I dealt with.

Moved to area and wish I hadn't now as I've got to move practices. All was ok at the old one, now I have to register here, I've been three times to pick up forms and it's been closed. It looks like it's only open a few days a week up to early afternoon. What kind of doctors is that. I'm just not happy about that compared to previous which was open all the time

Staff never answer the phone just leave you hanging on .website for repeat prescriptions doesn't work . Poor
Really bad service if you're wanting a prompt prescription, if it happens once then fine, but every prescription I've had has been at least 2 days late for whatever reason. Really annoying when you have to have your prescription to be able to function.
