Used these guys today for a blood test, they were brilliant From the speedy service, through to the Nurse considering my situation and supporting me throughout. Also hardly felt a thing for first time. Big shout out!! Thank you xx

The practice IT services are appealing and frankly dangerous. As someone who works in the NHS this practice and the doctors connection to filing prescriptions and ordering tests is shocking. The CQC needs to investigate this ongoing problem at the practice to ensure patients can receive the best care as at the moment it’s not safe. (I would like to add the practice and reception itself is very good and have not had a bad experience in attending. However referrals post consultation are very poor mainly because of IT issues)

This place is a joke. Modality are as bad. Rang for appointment because I was worried about my throat couldn’t swallow properly and my younger is swollen, they flat refused me an appointment. I have a witness an all. And list goes on but I’m saving that for complete.

An absolute disgraceful practice is impossible to speak to a doctor been waiting three weeks for a sick note for a hernia, and still haven't got one. Dr Jackie Craven doesn't phone when agreed then when she does she let's it ring twice and puts it down giving you no chance to get to the phone. Secretary on the desk not helpful in any way. How this surgery is run is borderline negligence.

Dr Allison is the very best, I have never had such a kind caring professional experience before. The nurse who took my blood sugar levels was a real credit to the practice, friendly caring staff. Absolutely appalling telephone service. It is impossible to get through to this practice. They just leave you in a queue of dozens, and the queue never goes down! It feels like they're all busy doing something else and the callers are left hanging in the hope they'll get fed up and hang up

I have mostly positive experiences since we joined as a family in May. There are some fantastic GP’s and the receptionist are always very helpful. The online patient triage portal worked for me when I used it Monday and received an appointment the same day. It seems that GP’s hours are changing to fit in with busy workers too. My only couple of criticisms are that they changed an appointment which didn’t become apparent until they messaged to say the new appointment was cancelled too. Also one nurse was late for the 8.15 appointment which I’m sure was due to her arriving late herself. Not a major problem but she seemed to be rushing things and had no empathy for my then crying baby who had had enough by this point. I had to dress her in the waiting area which wasn’t ideal. Dr Smith & Dr Haworth are a credit to the surgery,
