As much as I’ve heard great things about Omar, today Asli gave me an amazing haircut. She’s a skilled professional and a very kind person. Highly recommended!

Hairdresser was nice and polite, but unfortunately I got something completely different to what I asked for. I asked for shoulder length bob with some layers and came out with something like a wolf cut. My hair was super long before. Adding Reference picture which I showed as well as a video and actual haircut. I can’t stop crying.
Hugo the hairdresser was an absolute legend. Went in today with my friend for some new haircuts and we absolutely love them. Both of the hairdressers were so nice and kind I will definitely be going back to see them for my next haircut. Would highly recommend them.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR HAIR COLOURING. I came here in September, and they coloured my hair (so so badly) and it had such bad lines in it that I started crying there and then. I told them it was awful and that they’d done the dye really badly. They charged me £180 for about 12 foils in my hair !!!! I requested a full refund and they said that they will only refund after they try and fix it and if I still do t like it then they can refund. They said they’d fix it but I had to wait a whole week (I was going on holiday the day after this) so I came back from my holiday and they did it again (it was even worse this time). I got my refund within a week. But it has RUINED my hair. It has caused mass breakage at the back and my hair began falling it. My hair is now very short and I assume it’s because they got the bleach mixture wrong. My hair was at the middle of my back at the start of the summer and it is December now and it is shoulder length - I have not had it cut AT ALL or dyes AT ALL since this experience at the salon. Please be wary of this salon, they have no clue what they’re doing at all :(

Nicest people in the world and Hugo saved my hair! A hairdresser had previously botched my hair so I went to Hairart to get it fixed. Hugo was amazing, kind and so helpful. Honestly everyone in that salon were really nice and friendly also. An amazing salon experience, unlike any other I have been too. I'll definitley be back! I was really pleased to get a cancellation appointment at the salon just before Christmas for a full head of highlights. The stylist / colourist was Rita and she did a fantastic job - very attentive to my requirements, took time to understand what I was looking for and with some great ideas of her own. I felt very comfortable in her capable hands and am extremely happy with the results. I will recommend the salon and stylist to everyone and I will definitely be returning ;-)
