Nav at Yiou is the best manicurist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She takes time to discuss nail colours, shape and nail health and always is so patient with me. Her technical skill in nail artistry is wonderful and I would recommend her for anyone who wants a top quality job. She is truly the best in the business! Nav at Yiou nails is literally the best nail technician I have been to. She is super attentive to details and since seeing her I have the strongest nails which last forever. She is amazing at nail art too and when I get my nails done people always compliment. Yiou nails is really clean and friendly and has a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting here! I love having a look at what everyone is getting when I’m in there and I’ve never seen an unhappy customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
Waited 30 minutes for a 30 minute massage. Was offered a drink, and was served green tea and some biscuits which was nice. Wait was said to be 5-10 minutes but was a full 30 minutes, which is far too long. I would have appreciated being told the wait when I arrived so I could have gone and done other things. The place was nicely done up, and music was playing (a little too loudly). The massage room was the smallest I had been too. She had to move the table when she arrived in to be able to conduct the massage. Massage was good and got away aches and pains though ending was a bit abrupt compared to what I am used to. Would have preferred oils removed with warm wet towels at end too. Overall an OK experience but waited too long and have had better massages elsewhere
This is not the place you rush in and you rush out . This is a place that you get proper pampered ! Staff are all so friendly and super professional ! I went in with some nail issue but I have been given constructive advice and my nails were treated with proper care ! I really gave my trust to this business and I even tried on the eye lashes extension on the same day ! It’s almost over two weeks now and everything is still looking perfect ! This is definitely my go to place from now on ! Thank you !
