   I live in Australia and was looking for MBT shoes and could not obtain them locally. As we were planning to be in London I got in touch with Back In Action to book a specific time and date as I had limited opportunity to get into London itself. Kuvesh organised for my size shoes and a variety of types to be available. His service was professional and so helpful. I was wonderfully looked after and when the size of one pair did not fit Kuvesh organised for the right size to be delivered to the door of where I was staying the next day.    I had a fantastic experience here. I can't remember his name but the gentleman that helped me chose a chair was very kind, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have a lower back injury and have had months researching and trying chairs with no luck. However they had knowledge of my injury and after my experience at back in action I now know exactly which chair I'll be purchasing from them online. Thanks so much for such insightful help!    Back in Action is a really really good place. The team there are extremely knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Christiana helped me find the best standing desk and chair set up for my home workspace. Ordering was easy and the products arrived in a reasonable timeframe. Delivery and set up of both desk and chair was v good. The Mobiliser was great to have whilst waiting for the desk and chair to arrive. Was sad to see it go back :) The place to go for knowledgeable and friendly service and a great range of products. Special thanks to Christiana for being a superstar and patient with me!

   We had purchased 3x HAG Capisco 8106 chairs (2 for the study and 1 for office) from Back in Action and had them shipped to Hong Kong. My husband and I spend material time gaming when we're not working so chair comfort is a priority. We were looking to replace the HM-Setu chairs with the Capisco since my husband felt the Setu was cutting off the circulation in his leg. With the exchange rate at the time of purchase, the price of 3 Capiscos + shipping were the same as buying 2 in Hong Kong (and the Hong Kong shop didn't allow us to place an order with our color/fabric specs which was pretty pointless). Kuvesh was so kind to ensure all our specifications were met and looked after the logistics so that the chairs arrived promptly and seamlessly delivered to HK once manufactured. So if you're from abroad and there's a price differential, I would definitely encourage you to enquire if Back in Action can ship to you, especially the price differential is in your favour. I would also advise you to look directly at kvadrat's website for details on fabric choice - the chair is not cheap so you need to love every part of it! Attaching photo of how the pair looks in our study. For reference, we chose the Razzle Dazzle fabric in 0236. Snorlex not included with the chair of course :)
