   Today I had a 90 minutes sports massage with Magdalena, she is amazing with gold hands and knew exactly where my weak points were and also took the time to speak to me for suggestions. Her approach is welcoming, calming and reassuring, and delivered a high standard of treatment. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone and definitely will book for more treatments .    It was my first time at the salon but definitely not a last one! No one has ever done my nails with such precision as Jolie did ! They are absolutely beautiful ! Atmosphere was also 10/10 ! Fully recommend it :)

   I'm really sorry that I have to post a negative review. I support small businesses and don't want to ruin anyone's reputation. Please have a look at my nails and let me know what you think. Details: - I took these pictures after my manicure at the My SPA Expert salon. - I have cuts on 4 fingers. It's not just one cut, there are four cuts. It really hurts. - My skin is not sensitive, so I've never had issues like this before. - The cost of the manicure was £45. - The name of the manicurist - Justina.

   Had a wonderful pregnancy massage with Maggie today. She was very professional, attentive to my comfort and very knowledgeable on the best way to give me the best experience given my later stage of pregnancy. 90 minutes went incredibly quickly and I came away feeling very relaxed!    I had a facial at My Spa in Richmond. I went there as the reviews online looked great and it offered late evening appointments which is really convenient. Justina was absolutely amazing. It was my first facial and she made me feel super comfortable. My skin was really congested and she went above and beyond to make sure I had great results and even offered advice on skincare products to use day to day. I genuinely couldn’t believe how clean my skin looked afterwards!! I’ll definitely be making this a regular session with Justina - it’s 100% worth the investment. Thank you so much!
