It's a thorough and relaxing process. For the price, it's unbelievable. My hands looked so pretty afterwards. I would like to add that I do professional hand modeling. I find that most manicures are so so and I'm usually disappointed. I had a job the next day when I went to see Olta and my hands were not in great condition thanks to everyday life. Alex took the time to ask many questions about my hair and scalp to tailor the best products for my needs. The henna this time has given me a much more natural colour which I love. I haven’t used all products yet but my favourite is the hair mask. It was quite expensive but the results have been fantastic, reduced frizz and really nourished the condition of the hair. I really recommend the salon. I should note that all consultations were remote as I am based in Belfast but next time I am in london I will visit in person as the service and quality of products have been fantastic”

Ami took care of my nails for me and ensured I was happy with the outcome - I am a little adventurous with my nail designs and she has taken on each challenge without any issues. I am also a disabled customer and they have been great about ensuring I am as comfortable as possible. I also had a lovely pedicure done by Mia on my last visit, the massage and hot towel on my feet and legs was my favourite part after my summer nail design. I'm going to be a regular customer :-D”
