   I went to this salon on a Sunday, knowing it would be busy, and I was told to come back in half an hour — which I was fine with. However, when it was finally my turn, the technician seemed rushed from the start and didn’t take the time to do the job properly. I had chosen a white color with shimmer, but when it was applied, it looked completely different from the sample. When I politely asked if it could be corrected, he responded quite rudely, saying, “That’s why I asked you about the color.” He also didn’t take care to clean or shape my nails properly and skipped over details that should be standard. Overall, the service felt rushed and careless, and I left disappointed with both the result and the attitude.

   Have been coming to this place since 2023 and have never been disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and kind - an overall great place to get your nails done. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family!

   Went for a gel removal, the guy not only filed off the gel but also my own natural nails. My nails are now pair thin, the surface is all scratched off. For reference, I had my gel only for 4 weeks, I do not get my nails done regularly so they are normally very strong. This salon ruined it for me. Now I have to always wear a polish just to make my nails look nice. Avoid. paid £12 for removal only.

   Amazing nails as always! I asked for some glittery Christmas nails with a snowflake on top of my SNS manicure and they came out beautiful. Ann, Henry and Sally and the whole team all do amazing work and go the extra length to make your wishes work!

   Anh and the rest of the staff are so lovely, they always do a fantastic job on my nails and always look after me so well.. I will Never go anywhere else to get my nails done! They are by far the best at Richmond Spa! Highly reccomended xx

   It really depends on who did the manicure. Some of them are really good ( I wish i know their name so i can book an appointment ) but there is a lady who wasn't paying attention to my requirement and just wants to finish her task as quickly as possible. Overall, it wasn't bad but just depends on who you have.

   I’ve been going to Richmond Spa for years now & I’ve been served by all the technicians (shout out to Anh, Ophelia, Annie, Sally & Ritu- you ladies are great!) The team is like a family. Efficient, cheerful & they make everyone feel welcomed. The location is very convenient, as well (just a throw away from Richmond station). It is quite popular, so I prefer to book, but they accommodate walk-ins. My nails are much stronger now. I use SNS & it stays on perfectly until I go again the following month. I’ve also tried their deluxe pedicure several times & it was fantastic! In addition to Mani/Padi, they offer threading (recommend!), waxing & other beauty treatments (& Biab gel).

   The place and the equipment not clean. Very unhygienic. They rush you and not really do it properly. Tried twice but the same outcome. They finished my Pedicure & Manicure in 25 minutes in total. I do not understand what she she did to me feet. Basically nothing. I could do better at home. Will never go back. They keep taking people in and don’t really care if someone’s service should be done properly or not. Disgusting.

   This salon is amazing!! staff are really friendly and talented.customer service is excellent they made me feel welcomed the first i stepped into the shop. i get my mani+pedi and acrylics done every now and then and results turned out great every time. my acrylics are not done thick compared to other places. overall this place is lovely.
