Terrible experience. Rude workers who don’t actually listen to what you ask for and do what they want to do. They make up prices as they go along despite having a price list displayed but continue to charge customers more when questioned they just ignore. Unprofessional. Waste of time and money you would be better to go to another salon. Nails were in a terrible state and unfinished. Disappointing as will now have to go to another salon to correct this work.

I've been to Happy Nails on 3 occasions now and each time I have left the shop a very happy lady. Ami took care of my nails for me and ensured I was happy with the outcome - I am a little adventurous with my nail designs and she has taken on each challenge without any issues. I am also a disabled customer and they have been great about ensuring I am as comfortable as possible. I also had a lovely pedicure done by Mia on my last visit, the massage and hot towel on my feet and legs was my favourite part after my summer nail design. I'm going to be a regular customer :-D

I called up ahead of time to check availability and the lady on the phone was super sweet. From the moment I stepped into the store I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. They were transparent with pricing the entire time, telling me if something would make the cost go up. I didn’t get the name of my artist but she wore a pink jacket and was so gentle and insanely talented with her general application and nail art I requested. I would recommend this salon a million times over. Thank you so much ladies !!!
I had an amazing experience at Still London when I went for my gel manicure! Upon arrival, the ladies were really friendly and welcoming and I immediately felt at ease. The manicure itself was with top tier products which was reassuring and and they didn't have the usual strong weird salon smell which is a testament to the quality of their products! All staff go above and beyond to ensure every customer receives the best standard & that’s what I love the most.
The manicures are always great here. My last gel manicure lasted a month - I really only had to go back because my nails were growing out. The women always do such a lovely job.
