   Waste of appointment lift broke down last week so couldn't get up 30 steps to second floor to have knee scanned this was beginning of June so they booked me back in for 16th of June and assured me that if lift was still out of order they would ring me got there today lift still out of order and refused to book me in up at the hospital saying it had to be done there in a set time frame so now £60 out of pocket for taxi fares and my time wasted again no wonder the NHS is on its knees

   Been trying to book a blood test at Barnsley hospital for 3 now. I get cut off everytime I manage to get a dial tone. Such a shame because the receptionist and nurses have been fabulous in the past

   We were referred here by dermatology to get a blood test done for my daughter who is 14. We booked it through the website putting her DOB in and they sent confirmation by email of the appointment. We turned up on the day and saw a lovely nurse who took her bloods within 10 minutes making it a really simple and easy process. We were referred again a month later for exactly the same bloods doing only to be turned away and told they don’t see patients under 16. If that was correct then why did they do the first appointment with no hassle and why does it allow you book an appointment on the website at all for under 16’s????

   Absolutely brilliant team of people. I started having a serious panick attack whilst on site. The staff were very supportive and aided me until the ambulance came. I couldn't have asked for better care. Very lovely group of women. Also the Ambulamce team were very good qt getting me level headed again.

   Can’t praise the team here enough for how well they treated me and looked after me. After arriving at the wrong clinic for my scan I was extremely upset and was over 20 minutes late. They were so kind with me and got me in straight away. They were through and very professional. Definitely the nicest place I’ve been for a scan and they helped me understand what was happening each step of the way. I left there feeling much better and for once understanding my scan result. Thank you so much your kindness meant a lot to me and you made me feel so at ease! Have a lovely Christmas xxxx

   What an amazing place! It does not feel clinical at all. The 2 gentleman on reception and the 2 lovely ladies that did the scan were polite, friendly and approachable, instantly putting me at ease. Spotlessly clean and zero waiting times. Thanks for making what could have been a daunting experience manageable.

   I attended today and was absolutely amazed at how polite reception staff were, department staff were and takes pressure from hospital to be seen here, amazing experience and not in 5 minutes and I turned up 30 mins early. Well done
