   The haircut was good, but the atmosphere didn't feel very welcoming, especially if you don't speak Arabic. I also paid more than expected because I booked through the app, and they said it would've been £15 cheaper directly. They lacked a card reader and asked for a bank transfer. They also charged £20 for a blow-dry but used very little heat protection, even after I asked for more. Overall, the service felt inconsistent, and | left a bit disappointed despite the decent haircut. May not return.

   Very nice and clean place. Lovely interior design, especially the mirrors with friendly staff. Jena had done my highlights and applied an Ash tonner which looks gorgeous on my hair. Definitely I will return.:)

   Fantastic experience and hairdressers. They were so accommodating at the salon. Beautiful luxurious hair salon, I felt super comfortable. The staff was very kind and care into styling my hair. I had full head balayage and Jena did it perfectly. It looks amazing exactly what I was expecting. I’m so happy with the outcome and definitely recommend her.

   Customer service/care really needs a massive improvement overall. The lady who did my hair cut was good and took her time to do it how I wanted. The wash and blow dry was just completely rushed. They were paying close attention to just their regulars by the looks of it. I don't get my hair done often so I was looking forward to pamerping myself and feeling relaxed, but I did not feel that way leaving this place.

   I visited this salon a few months ago for a haircut. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, and even pointed on my face to show the length of the layers which she confirmed with me. They were supposed to be longer than my chin but she cut them so short, they were barely reaching my cheeks! It was the worst haircut I've ever had. I left and immediately went to another hair salon who gasped in horror when they saw the bad cut! There wasn't much they could do as they were already too short to be fixed. It looked awful. The salon also did not ever refund me despite saying they would twice. I would never come back here. They clearly have no idea what they're doing.

   First of all, I would highly highly highly recommend this amazing salon which is made up of three beautiful, welcoming, friendly and amazing women who never fail to leave me in awe! I always visit Jena Hair Salon to get a balayage or top up colour on my roots and I am always left exceptionally surprised and in love with how my hair comes out. If only I could share before and after pictures… Jena and all hairdressers are extremely experienced and know exactly what they are doing. They listen, meet and exceed my requirements every time. Not only are they good at their job, its a lovely, aesthetically pleasing and hijabi friendly salon where you can sit in ease and enjoy your time there! After many years, I was able to find a hairdresser (right next to home) that fits my criteria. I am so pleased with their work and I will always be going back!

   I went to this salon with my friend for normal blow dry, we had ever been so stressed out by a terrible outcome. They get £40 only for curly short hairdressing although they saw my hair was back to normal without any frizz but they didn't do anything to renew or improve the style they ruined our day. I don't recommend anyone to use their services.

   I went to this salon for a dry haircut. It was the first time in my life that I had ever been so stressed out by a terrible haircut. As my hair is layered, I asked for my ends to be refreshed and trimmed, and to keep that shape. I ended up getting a disgusting haircut, the top layer was cut very short. The haircut was very unprofessional and disgusting. After my right side was done, I made a comment that it was very short, then hairdresser started persuading me that she removed a few centimetres of length... and cut on the left side less that she did on the right side. In the end, the right and left sides were not symmetrical. I had to go to another salon and did bob to save the situation. I really don't recommend going to this salon. Going there only brought me nerves and wasted a lot of effort to fix the situation.
