   Second time here. 1st time I came I had a hot wax underarm. Perfectly executed, Louisa is friendly and professional. 2nd time I came hot wax underarm, so painful and botched up, left my underarm's with burst red capillary's and stinging. Then I had a 60min massage which lasted 30min. Afterwards I spoke to the girl about it and she lied to my face saying she started earlier than she did, really. Both treatments took her 45min. I showed her my underarm's and she said it was because they are sensitive, really. I advised her to brush up on her massage techniques, worst massage ever. The bed is standing so close to the wall that the girl could not get to the other side of the bed, so I got a one sided session. No atmosphere created, just her phone which kept beeping with notifications. I asked her what oil she was going to use, she didn't know and didn't bother to find out. Terrible customer service from this young lady, wish I had got her name. Soo disappointed. I was then called by an anonymous caller saying that I had verbally abused the therapist. The person that called did not want to give their name, so was clearly not the Manager or Owner of this salon. Interesting way to deal with a complaint.

   Nice salon on the lovely street of Pitshanger Lane. Tidy place, warm and friendly staff and very reasonably priced services. Luiza is just fabulous with eyebrow shaping (pay attention south asian ladies with thick brows) and body massage. If you live nearby like me, then this can be your go to place for those weekly grooming sessions. Totally recomment it!
