Felicia is absolutely lovely! She’s always kind, professional, and treats her customers with great care. Her services are top-notch — I especially recommend her for eyebrows. She truly does the best work in Wembley! You won’t be disappointed.
Im not sure how they are operating being this rude to customers. Iv tolerated it a few times as they were available. I waited for several minutes b4 anyone talked to me. He asked what I needed and I replied and stood in silence for minutes. I tried asking when I could come back suggesting times and he kept saying appointment. The english is very bad so I tried communicating. He basically said appointment yes or no after i said i had no appointment and wanted to make one. He made no eye contact and was shaking his head saying appointment and deposit. After finally suggesting a time I said okay. He said something like no its not ok make deposit for appointment. Another customer said I could text a number on a wall. Honestly i felt disrespected yhe last time but this time im completely shocked. They smirked at each other after I said anything the last time after trying to make conversation. They are not friendly.
I love the service Felicia's given me with my eyebrows she really gets the job done to an amazing standard. I really recommend everyone coming here she truly is the best and has kind workers who greet nicely. Honestly my best eyebrow threading experience has to be with Felicia's.
My little girl had her first hair cut here... and it was just perfect... the way felicia and team handle my 8month old.. was amazing... Thank you felicia. And yes I too had my hair cut done here and there is no doubt about her work she really good at what she goes.

Recently got my underarms waxed here in addition to some other stuff. The place was absolutely filthy and no hygiene standards were maintained. The products used on me seemed to be way passed the use by dates. The woman used the same wax applicator spatula that was probably used on 10 others before me. I was left with severely darkened underarms in the areas the wax was applied ie hyperpigmentation. Would never recommend this place. Will be happy to upload pictures of my underarms blackened due to poorly trained staff.
I went to get my eyebrows threaded, I asked for her to not remove too much hair and to be careful that my eyebrows are uneven so to be careful, the woman did not listen to me at all and made them very thin and noticeably uneven. I have a party the next day and I made a big mistake trusting the women here on my eyebrows and now I’m stuck looking like this for an entire month as they take ages to grow back. I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back for a fact. I advise against coming here if you want your eyebrows done. Although it’s lucratively cheap, they don’t do a very good job, they’ll just do as they please.
Place is really small but very good service I get my eyebrows done and they always look good definatley recommend this place to anyone and the owner Felicia is very Kind.
