   Has a wide range of fish, reptiles and frogs. Prices are super good, and super helpful staff, unfortunately they didn't have what I needed specifically, but have loads of decor, lights, tanks and other bits

   Ordered a whole bearded dragon set up back in September and the climate controlled dimmer randomly stopped working. I was told to send it back so it could be inspected was told it would be a 14 to 16 day window and I would find out if it was faulty or if I was going to be sent out a replacement, I rang three different times and spoke to 2 different people. One of the phone calls. It sounded like the left hand did didn’t know what the right hand was doing I was told that they had located my return in their warehouse and that the technician would be checking it in the next coming days then I was told that they haven’t even had it sent to them and it had gone back to climate control the owner of the product even though on my DPD return it clearly said swells rep She then told me she would call me back this never happened. I called another time and she said that unfortunately it had to come back to them. It should never have been sent back to them and that it needed to be sent to the supplier and I said unfortunately you’ve had 14 days to do this and you haven’t done it so therefore I’m not waiting any longer just send me out a new product again she said she would ring me back. She never. I then called for a fourth time and I spoke to a lovely gentleman. He was very very helpful and he told me that they had never had my dimmer in the first place into their warehouse. Said it was most likely lost… yet from my end it got a email today dpd had sent it to them and it arrived. Basically all the stuff I was told before was clearly a load of lies I will never use that company again. I also had some issues with some basking lamps that were sent to me on two occasions they both come blown you know you’re sending bulbs out so why you don’t pack them properly I don’t know very appalling customer service. I will never use them again even with the free £10 store credit. They’ve given me online. You can get lost. I’m never using it.

   Gone massively downhill recently - been using them (online) for probably about 5 years, and for most of that time not had a single issue. In the last few months though had 3 orders with some kind of issue, and customer service very slow and often fails to follow through. It's a shame, but cannot recommend them at moment.

   Ordered Congo Tetra from Swell UK – advertised as vibrant purple with an orange stripe, but received completely white fish! False advertising and very misleading. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent – days with no reply, full mailboxes, and no support. Left feeling conned and ignored.

   AWFUL (FROZEN MICE), ordered a product on the 5TH, was sent the 6th (I was in, paid for next day delivery) wasn't attemped delivery untill the 7th (I wasn't in) it got sent back then they tried again on the 15th, SAME PRODUCT so frozen mice in this heat they was fully defrosted and rotting, but tried to get in contact and was refused a refund, because they lied about the delivery date and then took a week to try again with the same product, disgusting

   Brilliant, well stocked store, very clean, friendly staff and amazing healthy animals. Just picked up a giant day gecko and it's refreshing to use a store that wants to see your set up and check you know what you are doing before a sale can take place. Thanks again for a great reptile.
