   Cheap terrible quality. Purchased an Xlarge dog bed. Didn't even last 6 months. Stuffing is plastic/synthetic wool, there isn't enough to provide sufficient cushion or structure to the bed and the stitching is cheap and not durable so all of the stuffing has been coming out of the bed. Do not buy and waste your money on these cheap, poorly made beds.

   Extremely disappointed with this product and the company. I bought the Cosy Couch Mattress Dog bed for my 5-month-old puppy. Within just a few hours the seam split, my puppy pulled out the stuffing and even ate some of it. For something advertised as “tough” and resistant to damage, the quality is shockingly poor. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of showing any concern or empathy, they dismissed my complaint and refused to take responsibility. I was left with a damaged, unsafe bed and a puppy that could have been harmed. The product is not durable as advertised, and the company is not interested in helping their customers. I would not recommend buying from them.

   I don't blame the company but the delivery company is pathetic evri must be one of the worst you could ever use , ordered a new dog bed on sunday still not received it by Thursday had to ring the company twice to inform them. who were lovely on the phone very polite and explained they were having some difficulties over last couple of weeks with them. but the courier is going to kill you business change courier is my advice before its too late. I'd have paid a carriage to get it delivered by a proper courier firm. Evri have let your business down. Best of luck to bunty seem nice company to be fair

   Wanted to order a Bunty bed for a new puppy (never had a dog before), but wasn't sure on a few things. Ended up calling Bunty directly and their customer staff were really helpful. We ended up with a Polar (really good quality), and my only wish was they did one in human size LOL. Will definitely be ordering again!

   I have bought repeated beds over the past couple of years and always been impressed. unfortunately the latest was not up to scratch. A different material has been used for the base, which is much less flexible and causes an unpleasant sound when the dog moves, but more worryingly has left a discouloured mark on my vinyl floor. The floor is ruined, I have no option to move the bed now as it needs to cover the discoloured area. I hope bunty act on the feedback and revert to their previous fabric, before they lose more customers, as they are generally excellent.

   Initially had a quality issue with the bed we ordered and Sam @ Bunty got in touch and resolved the issue straight away. Although disappointed with the initial purchase Sam made sure it was resolved straight away and kept me up to date with the process. Would I buy from here again? Yes.

   Despite problems due to covid the item I ordered was delivered within 5 days. It was an extra large faux leather dog bed and it arrived well packaged, in immaculate condition, and ready to use straight from the box ie. not vacuum packed like some dog beds. My dog absolutely loves it. Superb value for money.
