   I had my first microblading session at this salon. The person I spoke to on the phone was based at the different salon and she was super professional but unfortunately I did get that person to do my eyebrows. I must say that it wasn't pleasant experience. I waited a while before I was seeing to but nevermind. Then the person tried to get me to sign up and pay upfront for the second season which I didn't agree with. I don't think I had enough anesthetic applied and the whole process was rushed and painful. I thought a lot about this review and I have to be honest and say I won't be returning. Any beauty treatment should pleasant and stress free, not this one... unfortunately.

   I have been to Shanice 3 times for treatment now and she is the only person that I trust with my lips! Her professional and the after care that she provides is second to none. She listens to my concerns, puts my mind at ease with what I want to achieve, but still provides a professional opinion to enhance my natural features. I couldn't be happier with the results, it has brought me so much confidence!

   I’ve had filler, Botox, thread lift and fox eye lift at Zaku and had a good experience. I usually go to Harley street but my usual place was fully booked and I needed my treatments before I went off on holiday. Shanice was amazing and she’s knowledgeable and proficient in all things beauty related. I’ve seen a couple of reviews on here and not sure they’re real? My experience was so good my friend got her full face thread lift done here, by Shanice and she LOVES it and looks fabulous. I’ll be coming here for my treatments in future. Thank you Zaku x

   I was very apprehensive about this treatment, worried that it might be painful, or that the brows would turn out too dark and heavy. But I was safe in Nedjwa's hands. She is a very skilled therapist who took time to help me choose the best style for my face and I couldn't be happier with the result.

   Shanice is genuinly incredibly lovely, talented and organised. It was an absolute pleasure and so refreshing to meet a therapist so welcoming, down to earth and kind. Her microblading skills are seriously impressive! I'm very happy with my treatment and the way Shanice really took her time to explain, comfort and reassure me. She was really attentive to me and y husband who came along as he helps care for me and she was very understanding and kind towards us both. It is clear that she is a lovley person beyond just been a wonderful therapist. I highly recommend her service. I look forward to my next app.
