   I have been having my legs and bikini wax done here for a few months and to be honest have not really been pleased with the results. I thought I’d give it one last chance for my holiday tomorrow and I am furious. Large patches of hair left behind and my legs are covered in bruises. I’m going to complain on my return. I have taken pictures as proof. Really poor service!

   I went into the main shop and asked for an eyebrow shape. She asked if I wanted it threaded and I said yes. I did have a bit of product on my eyebrows which she didn’t take off first so didn’t realise they were uneven. She threaded them but I felt they were really uneven still. She did try to help but I was unhappy leaving. I thought I should go to the pari’s beauty in the ashley centre and see if they could help me. The lady there, Ketal, was really helpful and made them more even for me. She didn’t charge me for this which was a kind gesture. Thanks Ketal!

   Not very happy, paid for a full 30mins back wax, once completed after 10 mins i asked treatment lady if she wouldn’t mind doing one strip at the tops each arm. The great response I got was.. you’ve already paid and thats not your back.. no offer for me to pay a little more. Just refused. Great customer service

   I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here on and off for about a year and have never had a problem, tbh i am surprised to read all the negative reviews. I keep my eyebrows quite natural and they always do a lovely job, not taking too much off. £9 for eyebrow threading is fairly steep though but it's a convenient location for me.

   Firstly she waxed down on to my eyelids and the wax dropped into my tear duct. She had to slowly pick it out. She waxed a giant bald patch in the middle of my eyebrow and didn’t even say anything. It wasn’t until I got into my car that I really noticed it and got a refund.

   I have been a customer for long time & recently experienced the most painful unfinished wax & the rudeness attitude from customer service. I have been brused & Hair still remains in my body & I have been called a lier. Will not recommend anymore & will let social media & local authority know as I have lost over £80. Do not use them as they don't have legal qualified experienced staff
