   I had a wonderful, first experience at Beaux Beauty & Hair today. I made an appointment with Maisy, after historically not being happy with my hair and how it was left by my previous hairdresser. Maisy listened to my previous experiences with empathy and made so much effort into colouring and styling my hair just how I wanted it. As well as this, I enjoyed chatting with both Maisy and Lauren, who made me feel as though I had known them for years! Thank you for the overall lovely experience and most importantly, enabling me to love my hair again. Also the Freddo chocolate!!!! Abbie x

   The beautician was not available on time, even though the appointment was booked in advance and I was forced to pay upfront. I’m been waiting for 25 minutes and still no one knows what time she will be done and apparently there is no way to find out. It’s incredibly unprofessional and rude. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting someone decided to knock on the door and find out, extremely poor service.

   Beautiful studio! Welcoming and friendly and bubbly vibes. Gemma Reynolds is AMAZING! I've had many treatments from her over the years from facials to waxing and massages. She went above and beyond to fit me in before my Christmas do for nails and she truly knows her stuff. I went for glitter and one nail a block colour and she advised me on which colours would go best and work well. I highly recommend Gemma for all of your beauty needs! She's really is the best in Ewell Surrey and surrounding areas!
