   I won't even give one star for this. Nonchalance at it's peak. My friend went to get her brows waxed and got her skin on her right eyelid peeled off. It was terribly and when she asked about it, they told to use Aloe gel? Like seriously? And also made her pay in full. Never recommending this to anyone sane

   Absolutely awful service. My fiancé went in to get her eyebrows done. And they did an awful job. They peeled her skin off. And thats just right next to her right eye. I have never seen such bad job done. Such unprofessionals. I can see the pain that they have caused and when she raised the complaint she was just asked to apply aloe vera gel. I have never seen such negligence. Would have gone for a 0 star if possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

   My friend’s skin got peeled off during her eyebrow wax here. All they said was to use aloe vera, no care or concern at all. Really disappointed with how they handled it. "NOT RECOMMENDED"

   I went it to get my eyebrows done and i opted for waxing. This is what happened to me. After i complained about it, they just asked me to apply aloe vera gel. Very bad service. Do not recommend this place. Would have gone for a 0 star. Awful service.

   I had a bad experience with an unfriendly threading lady. She didn’t listen to my request of keeping my eyebrows thick and it was a very painful service. Steer clear!

   I had my roots done and the paint was all over my face, sides of my face, the back of my neck. When I asked for dye to be removed I was handed the wool and solution to take it off myself. I asked for highlights at front of my hair and when dry could not see any colour! I could live with both those things but what I could not live with is how the lady spoke to me. She seemed overwhelmed by a colour I could not see and commented that my husband and I should have **** ***!!!! I cannot write it but knew that I came to somewhere I thought was professional only to be spoken to like I was related to her! I called to complain and say my family ( ALL OF THEM) could not see any colour so would like a refund and would not be returning The woman who’s business it is said I should come in and they will redo it, I would never set foot in that place again after being spoken to in such a demeaning way. She said on Saturday she would call me Back and did not regarding my refund I called and she said they would refund half and when I called she said they could not refund my card ( WHY NOT ITS A BUSINESS AND TOOL PAYMENT BY CARD (saying she was busy with a client - when I drove past before I called and she was sat at reception on her phone) I would not go there again, she even had the audacity to tell me the owner said the conversation between the ‘hairdresser’ and me was confidential! In what way because just the two of us were left after the other woman went home! The woman on reception said her friend denies what she said about my husband and I and I am So disgusted they can keep the money!! Paris beauty or AJ’s and Glamour Garage would be professional With such competition and always empty why would you not be polite to the people lining your pockets! Comes back to the same old thing “ YOU ONLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR” Keep my money and hope people read this and don’t have the same awful experience as you BOTH have given me!! Disgusted! Never go there again!!

   always a lovely experience, all the staff are lovely and welcoming and the atmosphere is really relaxed. I always walk out of there loving my hair cut even when I change stylist. Wouldn't go anywhere else
