Always a good hairdressing experience at this welcoming salon. I had a beautiful cut and highlights expertly done with care. Waxing usually perfect too.
I'm extremely disappointed with Skin Medic clinic- Ealing. Although the initial consultation and payment process seemed smooth, I was shocked when they increased the price mid-treatment without any prior discussion or agreement. The full payment was made upfront, and it was clearly stated that the treatment package was inclusive of all necessary procedures. The sudden demand for additional payment was not only unexpected but also felt unfair. The quality of treatment itself was average, but the lack of transparency and flexibility with pricing has left a sour taste. I would caution others to carefully review their agreements and ask about potential additional costs before committing to treatment.
Avoid laser hair removal here if you have dark skin. I suffered facial burns which have left me with areas of hgperpigmentation. The aftercare for the burns was completely inadequate. I was given sunscreen and told to stay out of the sun. I have since had laser hair removal elsewhere with no problems. Extremely disappointing experience.
Always amazing service at SkinMedic. I accidentally booked my appointment for the wrong day and missed it. They were super understanding and granted me a refund and allowed me to rebook without any stress. Their services are the best. I would never go anywhere else in Ealing for a wax or facial
I have got done nails here, it was beautiful colors, I loved it! They have so many beauty treatments menu and haircuts etc… Charming and lovely staff!
Good ambience and clean atmosphere. Had Sandy as my therapist. She is very patient and thorough in her work. Got mani, pedi, eyebrow threading and LHR treatment done. Hands down, would recommend Sandy to anyone!
I don’t have words to express how much I love SkinMedic. I have been going to get my laser done for my face with Shilan, who is the sweetest person, and the results have been amazing and I barely get hair on my face and I have a lot more confidence with my skin due to having laser here. I can’t express how amazing the laser experience is here and it’s quick and easy too. I have also had a medical graded Dr Obagi facial which was amazing. I love coming here! It’s hard to find places where you can get friendly honest advice on laser hair removal for people of dark skin and brown skin. I’ve found the laser treatment to be effective and my skin looks good too. Would highly recommended them on laser removal
I really cannot recommend this place more for laser hair removal! I had the same treatment 5 years ago at a different clinic in London but the laser hair removal treatment at SkinMedic is quicker, less painful, less expensive and I am getting much better results! On top of this all the staff are lovely, very helpful and super knowledgeable. 5*
I had a haircut, and was very happy with the results thanks to Shilan, who did a wonderful job! She involved me in every part of the cut, and was incredibly kind and caring, and was a very attentive listener. The entire team was great, made me feel at home and I will for sure be back again!
