   Went for my second pregnancy massage today with Jess and honestly, it was the best massage I’ve had. She’s very professional, friendly and caring.    Rude management! Save your money and go somewhere where people managing treats people like human beings. I was kindly gifted a massage voucher by my sister after becoming a mum — such a thoughtful gesture during a physically and emotionally intense time. Like many new mothers, life took over, and I wasn’t able to use it before it expired. I fully accept responsibility that the voucher went slightly over, but I was genuinely shocked at how cold, unhelpful, and rude the manager was when I reached out. I run a business myself and completely understand policies — but I also understand people. Situations like this arise and we make exceptions where it makes sense. Sadly, this business’s management clearly doesn’t operate with the same basic humanity. There was no empathy, no flexibility, just a hard refusal and a condescending tone that made the entire conversation deeply unpleasant. To make matters worse, it took me 8 days to even get through — the phone just rang out or went to voicemail every single time. When I did finally speak to someone, it was the manager, who spoke to me like I was a nuisance rather than a customer. Cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in any sense of care or professionalism. The ladies I spoke to on reception were kind and understanding, and I have no doubt the therapists are talented. But the way I was treated by management ensures I’ll never be going back — and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either. If you value kindness, flexibility, and basic decency — go elsewhere. Keep your stinking money.

   The manicure was not good - see picture. If you have had a proper professional manicure then it doesn't compare to that. You can see that they take the gel to the edge and let the edges bleed which makes it look messy. I noticed the same thing in the person sitting next to me so it was a technique issue. Perhaps some more training is needed. The girls there are lovely so I'm sorry to have to write this but I wanted to write an honest review.

   Booked via Treatwell and received poor service. 1. They gave me wrong massage treatment 2. Paid for 45 minutes but got 30 minute treatment 3. They changed time to earlier slot before I got there. Left review on treatwell, rather than get the salon manager to call me and apologise, they left response on Treatwell lying about what happened. Massage itself, I wouldn’t recommend. I always get massages and this one felt like therapist had not had correct training.
