   10/10 – Amazing experience! I had the most relaxing 1-hour full body Swedish massage with Maria. She’s super kind, really professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. Viya Beauty has a lovely vibe and the staff are all so nice. I walked out feeling completely relaxed. Definitely recommend!

   I usually have my beauty treatments done at Viya Beauty Salon, and I’m always happy with their excellent service. Recently, I had a manicure and pedicure, and the experience was wonderful. Me and ny sister tried new Cat eye nail paints and it looks really cool and festive!! The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable throughout. The salon environment is very pleasant, clean, and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

   Perfect place for all pampering treatment at great quality and still affordable price. I have been coming to Viya beauty for few years now and its high quality, clean and professional staff. It’s one stop place for someone like me who is perfectionist. All therapists are very knowledgeable. Not found this kind of massage and facial in sutton elsewhere.

   Disappointed with my brows after seeing great reviews. I was clear and showed multiple photos of what I wanted. Explained I'd had negative experiences before so was naturally slightly nervous. Asked before if she would be drawing any guide on so I could double check I was happy with the shape. She tried to upsell HD brows and for an additional £10+ I didn't think that was justified for a bit of pencil on my eyebrows so declined. Upon the final result, she did exactly what I'd asked not to do and that was take in my tail way too thin. Now they were kind and offered for me to not pay which was a lovely gesture. But with 14 years of experience, not listening to a consultation is frustrating and it put me off then having a tint and nails. If you're low maintenance and don't care hen I think you'll be fine... But if you want something specific, or you've had a bad experience before so need some tlc from whoever does them and can ensure you're happy throughout the process...this isn't the place.

   Very nice welcome on my first visit, I was nervous because I didn’t want too much taken off and I had left my eyebrows grow. The lady reassured me and explained what she would do and also showed me the result as she was doing it, I felt better and was happy with the end result.

   The lady was lovely she really took the time to do the pedicure properly. It took 1.5 hours as my feet had a lot hard skin. Comfortwise I was not very relaxed as it is hard to hold my leg up for long periods of time which is what you have to do here as they do not provide the rest for your feet as other nail salons do to file your feet. The good thing is that they are very busy. The location is great. It is best to book online if you can. I will try them again.
