   I originally ordered one extra large bed, it came quickly and was great quality however it was definitely to big. I messaged Ivy and Duke and they explained the returns process. I ordered two large beds instead, and the returned the extra large. The refund was processed quickly and the replacement bed arrived quickly. The dogs love them. Great company.

   If I could give 10 stars I genuinely would. We ordered the Den Bed and we had some issues with delivery (not Ivy’s fault). They rearranged delivery and we received the bed in 24 hours. Our dog seems very calm and relaxed in it which never happened with other beds.. I would definitely recommend Ivy and Duke, it is top quality.

   After trying so many different dog beds on the market, we came across Ivy and Duke, and have never looked back! My two italian greyhounds love the comfort of the den bed, and I love knowing they are well supported. The personalised blanket are such a nice touch too, and super cosy (essential for iggies). The beds are over a year old now, the covers are washed weekly, and look/feel like new. The colours and styles also look great in our home, something I'd really struggled to find previously. In short, amazing beds, and I'll only buy from Ivy and Duke going forward!

   Our dog absolutely loves his Ivy and Duke beds. We have 3 different types : a den bed to sleep in the office during the day, the travel mat for my partners car boot and more recently the waterproof lounger for travelling in. Each bed is made exceptionally well, very comfortable and to the highest quality. We also have the blanket and pillows, which are really soft. He likes to cuddle up into the blanket and rest his head on the pillow. We would highly recommend

   I bought the "waterproof" lounger for my dog. Why dog bed companies think that dogs only vomit on the bottom of the bed and not the sides is beyond me. The website says fully removable and machine washable. It isn't. The bottom pad is but the sides are not. Simply "wiping it" doesn't clean dog vomit.

   We have had the Ivy and Duke Lounger bed for three months now and wow, from the service to the quality it’s been fantastic. Customer service has been second to none and on speaking to them about the quality of their beds we were delighted to try one! Being a vet comfort and practicality are two things we look for in products for both our labradors - and this bed fits the bill perfectly. The memory foam base is ideal for comfort, it’s lovely and thick, keeps them off the floor and out of a draft and really is the comfiest seat in the house, it even looks absolutely lovely! The lounger has been ideal for both our young and old labs after their adventures, being memory foam it allows the boys to sink into the mattress allowing their joints to be in natural positions, taking the stress off! The cushion around the bed is perfect for pups like Beau who like to rest their heads on something and also keeps them away from any cold drafts on the floor. Another thing we noticed is that they are huge beds, so if your pup likes to be squished, size down- the boys can happily spread out in this bed no bother! The BEST thing about the beds?! - they’re fully washable! Will we be investing in another? Most definitely!!

   As a veterinary physiotherapist and puppy mum I would not be without my waterproof travel mat. It is comfy, lightweight, easy to transport, and amazing quality. The waterproof cover allows efficient cleaning between clients to enhance the safety of all my doggy patients and between muddy walks with my own dogs. I 100% recommend this product to all my doggy patients to support the whole musculoskeletal system during travels! The team at ivy and duke were extremely helpful and got my travel mat sent to me immediately!

   I've been after a proper decent bed for my Dog who recenty had her hip replaced and we had tried several of orthepedic beds from online which had to be returned as they were just not as described. I reached out to Ivy and Duke after reviewing their website and they came straight back to me and confirmed their beds would be suitable as they come with full othepedic support. They were so helpful. I love that the beds are hand made too! I ordered the lounger bed, matching blanket and pillow (Dory insisted she needed them all LOL) and I must say I was so impressed when it all arrived. Its beautifully made and worth every penny. We love everything. Thank yo Ivy & Duke! Safe to say my dog's bed it better than mine!

   One word to sum up Ivy and Duke - Outstanding!!!!!!!!..........We received our Lounger last week and are completely overwhelmed with the quality and service that we have received from Ivy and Duke. Its often difficult to find a suitable bed for our boy given his size and something that fits in nicely within our home. We were unsure which bed to order, but after a conversation with Charlotte and Zara they helped us decide on the best option for Otis-beau (our large golden retriever). Our order arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. The fabric and design are of a superior quality and the best bit is, its completely washable. Only the best will do for Otis and as you can see, he absolutely loves it. Highly recommended!!!!!
