   Left really upset seeking a haircut somewhere else. Arrived and was advised that I needed to pay extra for a restyle (not something i have experienced at numerous other salons). Wouldnt have minded but after giving a clear outline of what I wanted, showing pictures of a haircut I've had done many times before, I have left with uneven cut, random pieces of different lengths and no styling whatsoever. Update: I asked for a concave bob so understand that the back is shorter. The left and right side is completely different lengths and the right side is not in a straight line. I just wanted to be out of there ASAP after the hairdresser cut themself and then proceeded to show me worse cuts didn't exactly instill faith. Also suggesting I would do something to alter the pictures and arguing with anyone who is sharing honest feedback of their experience speaks for itself

   Recently moved to the area and came across Hashtag Hair and Beauty. Sue was so lovely, she was more than happy to spend plenty of time at the start discussing exactly want I wanted. My hair turned out better than I could have hoped for, so happy with the highlights and the cut and blow dry :)

   Really loved coming here. I was really nervous arriving but was put completely at ease as soon as I walked in the door. In trying to explain the hair style I wanted due to health reasons I got exactly what I asked for. I absolutely loved the head massage I got as well. Will definately be coming back when I need a trim.

   Had the best experience at this salon. I called as I’d had an allergic reaction to hair dye elsewhere, Sue booked me in for a patch test with their organic Aveda dye and it went well. Had a balayage and my roots done today and it looks beautiful! My hair feels healthy and Maria made sure I was happy with it before I left. She listened to everything I wanted and made it work for me! Already had a few compliments on it- I love it! Sue even fit me in to have my nails done whilst my hair was being dyed. Felt so pampered today! Thank you both!

   I booked in for Balayage (brown/red to blonde) and I am so impressed with the results! Maria was amazing and really listened to what I wanted. I have never gone into a salon for a colour and actually left smiling. I cannot recommend them enough!! Not only did they do the most amazing job on my hair but they also looked after me so incredibly well. Both Maria and Sue made sure I was comfortable and we’re ever so friendly. I will be back :) xx

   Amazing Aveda treatment done today by David. It left my hair so silky and healthy. Thank you so much for the professionalism and advices on what is best for my hair! I wanted to get highlights but after the test they done to see how my hair will react to black colour removal, I have been advised not to do it in order to keep my long hair undamaged. Very professional service and lovely people! Highly recommended! Thank you David & Sue!
