   I recently had a very upsetting experience at your salon and feel it’s important to share my feedback. When I arrived, I politely requested to have my eyebrows threaded. The staff member looked at me with a disgusted expression and asked if I pluck my brows myself. During the treatment, she made several inappropriate and unprofessional comments about my appearance, stating that I “don’t take care” of my eyebrows and that I looked as if I “just put clothes on and walked out of the house without making myself presentable.” She went on to say I don’t look after myself, that I should “wear nice clothes and makeup,” and even remarked that I “could be so pretty” if I took better care of myself. This commentary was completely unprovoked, extremely unprofessional, and left me feeling upset and insecure. A salon should be a safe, uplifting space where clients leave feeling confident—not criticized. There is absolutely no excuse for a member of staff to pick apart a customer’s appearance. The entire experience left me feeling very uncomfortable, and I will not be returning to your salon. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address this behaviour so no other clients have to endure similar.

   I had a very disappointing experience at this salon for a face waxing treatment. The cleanliness was extremely poor – the therapist did not wash her hands between clients, which is very concerning. I was also overcharged. I had a full face wax without eyebrows but was charged £36. When I got home, I noticed there were still so many hairs left on my face. The waxing process was very unprofessional. She removed hairs from my hairline without asking, and her application and removal of the wax were careless and rough, especially for someone with sensitive skin. For someone who used to pay half the price for the same treatment in Birmingham, my first experience in a London salon for this treatment was truly disappointing. While other treatments might be better here, I cannot recommend their face waxing service, especially if you have sensitive skin.

   the lady who threaded my brows was really rude and was to aggressive with the thread she cut my skin. when i complained that she made my browns too thin she said oh well, go somewhere else next time. a really unpleasant experience and i would not go back there. the owner/manager didn’t say a word when i complained or when her staff were rude to me.

   I have been going to this place to do my eyebrows for nearly 8 years now and have been loyal and had no complaints at all. Most of the ladies are kind and fantastic except for the lady I met today. This lady is short, a bit young and skinny. I didn't got her name but to cut the story short, I came there for an eyebrow threading. She is not as warm as the others. I don't mind that but my complaint is when she asked to stretch my skin of the eyelid, I didn't get it right so then she said "give me your hand" to guide me how to do it and she pressed it too hard against my eye and it hurt my eyeball. She might be having a bad day so I stayed calm and quiet but I mumbled "that is painful". I felt the pain more in my eyeball than the threading of my eyebrows until I was back home, the reason I decided to make this review. The shape she made on my eyebrow is not as good as the regular ladies so I have to tell her to thin some areas which I think is still thick(most of the ladies who have done this are great). I was in the mood to feel beautiful and to give a tip for a good service but with the pain I felt, I refrained. I hope other customers doesn't have to experience the same treatment from this particular lady.
