I recently had an eyelash lift here, and while the technician was very sweet and calming, the results unfortunately weren’t what I had hoped for. I’ve had many lash lifts over the past 10 years, and this was the first time I noticed issues so soon afterward. There was some tint/dye left on my eyelids and under my eyes, and the lifting pad didn’t seem to fit my eye shape properly, which left my lashes clumped together and curling into my lids. This made the overall look less natural and flattering than expected. It was also the first time plastic wrap was used during the processing step. I later read that this can be a common technique, but in this case it seemed to lead to more mess with the dye/solution around my skin. I really appreciated the technician’s kindness and calm approach, but I think more attention to detail in application and cleanup would make the experience much better.

I just wanted to get my gel removed from my nails and they charged the average gel removal price (£10) which was great. I had passed by two nail salons I found on google that were actually closed for Easter and thank God I did! The ladies here are fantastic. They have a great system of appointments where people are coming in and out getting their eyebrows and waxing done and no one seems to be waiting long! It made me want to get my eyebrows threaded. I sat for 10 minutes maximum as a walk in and she took so much care in removing my gel. She let it soak in ten foil for a good amount of time before she scraped my nails which I reallllly appreciate. My nails look great thanks to them. I am definitely coming back!

Recommend! Recommend! Recommend! This salon, along with its sister salon (Baker Street Beauty), are the only salons I would trust with my face and body! I have not used another salon since I started using them over 5 years ago. Before I started using this salon, I had had some bad experiences and kept searching for a salon that wouldn’t damage my skin or cause me to have a reaction. A bad salon can cause permanent scars so I would never ever recommend a salon to someone if it wasn’t amazing. That’s why you have to take my word for it when I say, this salon is truly a salon you can trust. I mainly get a wax and it's painless, quick and hygienic. The workers are always really sweet and caring so you feel safe in their hands. In any other salon, I would worry about someone different doing my treatments but I know I can trust any worker this salon has because they have always been great. I also get my eyebrows threaded and they really know what they're doing. I'm normally quite fussy about my brows but I've always walked out happy with them here. Booking an appointment is also so easy and the owner is so lovely and accommodating. They are really good with estimating the right amount of time and working around your schedule, which is so helpful to me as a busy teacher. To conclude, this is my go-to salon. I travel an hour to get to the salon and that's purely because it is the best salon I've used. The treatments are amazing as is the customer service. What more could you want?
I have followed Judy all over London for waxing because you cannot afford to get it wrong and my skin is sensitive. Judy knows her stuff and is fast and efficient and very responsive, and listens to your needs. She is the best!
