A gem of a local salon — unpretentious. welcoming, reasonably priced and above all deeply expert in the cutting, colouring and styling of hair (I have not tried other services). Krum has a genius eye for cut. My daughter loves Gerri’s skilful cuts and styling too. Highly recommend.

Best cut I've had in YEARS by Krum who is the loveliest, most meticulous and gifted hairdresser and who listens to your needs. I have long thick hair and asked for blunt front layers, left the salon looking like a million £££. Thank you and will be returning without hesitation.
What can I say? It was an outstanding service! Gery, the professional who did my hair, was quick and did exactly what I had asked for. Professional products and excellent execution! I would highly recommend the salon and Gery.
Sadly, I wasn’t impressed with the haircut I received on Friday evening. My appointment was at 6, and by 6:20 it was already finished, which felt very rushed. I have fine, frizzy hair and made it clear several times that I didn’t want it thinned, yet my fringe was razored, leaving it unmanageable, difficult to style, and frankly, looking ridiculous. My fringe is now spiky and just looks odd! No products were used to tame frizz, no consideration was given to what might actually suit my face shape or hair type, and the styling was minimal - just a quick blast with the hairdryer even though I'd booked in for a cut, wash and blow-dry. Overall, the experience felt lethargic and lacked the creative input and care I would expect, especially for hair like mine that needs a bit more attention. I left feeling very self-conscious (still do!) and disappointed, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I also felt obliged to leave a tip, but given the rushed and careless service, it didn’t feel deserved.
Love coming here for a haircut - it’s always nice! Have curly hair and lots of hairdressers have been super conservative with my hair but Krum has made some pretty cool & different cuts. Can’t help myself but go back ( even though now I need to trek across London to get there).
Had a 60 min groupon treatment, 30 min facial and 30 min back massage. The therapist was really professional and I enjoyed the experience. The facial was excellent, skin felt amazing. It was also quiet upstairs so it was relaxing during the treatment. Good Value for money and really lovely staff.
The manager was extremely rude reprimanding my stylist in front of me after he wasn’t happy with the price she wanted to charge me for a blow dry. It made me feel uncomfortable and I believe the fee he wanted to charge me was unreasonable: £34 for a 20min only straightening on a 1inch under the shoulder hair length. I would only go back for my stylist who made a great job.
One star because I cannot give less! I went to do acrylic removal (which I specifically said on the phone when I booked the appointment) and the nails technician starts complaining that it is not gel, giving me the impression she is not so experienced on acrylic. She starts removing it and I could feel it was hurting from the first finger she did. I kept telling her I was feeling pain (which is clearly not normal) and she didn't really change her way of doing it. Clearly she doesn't know how to be delicate and gentle, she kept drilling on the same spot making my nails feel very sensitive and red. She kept telling me it was because it was acrylic and not gel, I personally think she just didn't know how to do her job. You can see in the picture. I will never go again there, my nails are hurting and they look patchy and tattered. Absolutely do not recommend.
