What I love most about Angela is her genuine passion for helping people feel their most confident and beautiful. She doesn't just treat your skin and body; she transforms how you feel about yourself.    I’ve had laser treatments for over 15 years, and unfortunately, my experience at Hannah London Spa has been the least effective. I bought a full body laser package. Despite my efforts to communicate clearly and have notes added to my file—such as avoiding a specific machine that caused a rash and requesting the one that gave better results, this was overlooked. There was also inconsistency between therapists, some would cover body areas others wouldn’t, making it hard for me to track what was actually being treated. I felt some of the therapists did not take the time to read my notes before each session, had they done so, the treatment would have felt more consistent, tailored and professional. My first session was fantastic—thorough and delivered with genuine care. If I’d left a review then, it would have been very positive. But as time went on, sessions became rushed, areas were missed, and the overall quality dropped. I did not even want to go for my last session but I had paid for it so pushed myself to go. My at-home laser has honestly been more effective. There were also a few booking issues, such as unclear communication about the first appointment being a consultation rather than a treatment, and occasional mix-ups with dates. While the staff are friendly and polite, the results and inconsistent service didn’t meet my expectations. I wouldn’t return to Hannah London Spa for laser treatments.

   My haircut, colour and blow dry are fantastic. Lynda listened to what I asked and also gave me advice. I have also had skin treatment for my rosacea and I can see an improvement. Lynda was knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions making me feel reassured before and after the treatment. The reception team is very responsive and was very accommodating with the appointments. The clinic looks classy.

   I had such a great experience for my fat reduction treatment. Aurela, the therapist, was absolutely fantastic! She was so lovely and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to do a quick but thorough consultation and then got straight to the treatment. I was feeling quite nervous, but Aurela was so supportive throughout. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. She also gave me some great recommendations on how to take care of myself after the treatment to maintain the best possible results. I felt truly looked after, and I’m so grateful for the experience!

   Hannah London is the one !! My journey started with looking everywhere trying to find somewhere that would help me achieve what I wanted without going to extreme measures. After being told from numerous places that I needed surgery or treatment that had nothing to do with what I wanted I came across Hannah London. From the start with my consultation with Roxana it instantly lifted my spirit. They couldn’t make me feel anymore confident in achieving the best results for myself. Dr Kaywaan& Roxana have guided me in helping me make the right decision to achieve the Results I’ve wanted. I’ve now had numerous treatments with Hannah London and I truly couldn’t recommend them anymore highly than this. I’ve found somewhere that I can truly trust help me achieve the best me. They are team of people who actually care and have so much passion in what they do. It’s enlightening to see. The whole team is so welcoming and friendly really and truly this is the place to go to.

   Credit where credit is due! I'm a miserable old bag who is unflinchingly honest if I am not happy with things! However my experience at Hannah was a delight from start to finish from the moment I booked to have my hair trimmed, to the moment I left feeling refreshed and uplifted. The surroundings are relaxing and luxurious, and the staff have that balance of making you feel like a VIP without being intimidating. It was a lovely little extra touch that when I got offered a drink, it was not just any old teabag in a mug, but an exquisite wooden box filled with a massive variety of specialist and luxury tea bags was offered, later to be served with a lotus biscuit. A small touch but really added to the experience. My hairdresser was lovely and friendly without being intrusive, and did an excellent job listening to what it was I was after. Also she did not try to sell me further treatments or products which I appreciated. I find it most off putting when I get unsolicited sales pitches, when I should be relaxing and enjoying the service. It is quite pricey at Hannah compared to some other places. However in this situation you definitely get what you pay for. Looking forward to going back.
