    I couldn't recommend kamilè enough. Last year I had a lot of pain and discomfort in both feet, which effected day to day activities. After seeing kamilè and performing the exercies she had given me, I no longer have pain or discomfort. Years of discomfort in my feet GONE. Kamilè is by far the best physio I have been too by a long shot. Best money I have spent.

    I get toning facials there (Cryostar) The results for my face are instant and I'm always amazed at the result. With just one I instantly feel more confident, I can feel my skin is plumper but then when she hands me the mirror - I think I'm looking at myself from 10 years ago! It really lifts and tones but also the products make my skin so silky and feel beautiful. However, everything is geared towards making your soul feel reinvigorated and truly relaxed. All my worries melt away and I feel it's a real treat for myself. I feel so calm and happy afterwards. You don't just get the basic treatment, you'll get a sensory treat too.
