Had a pregnancy massage with Sidney, and it was absolutely the best! Came in with pain and could not sit down properly due to a trapped nerve/tight muscle. Left feeling so so much better and with 60% less pain. Really great experience and would highly recommend :)
Booked to get a French gel manicure (£44) and the girl (Sydney) did a really bad job- the white tips were uneven and the whole look of the nails was terrible and incomplete. I only received a £10 refund despite the fact that they caused me inconvenience to go and get them redone elsewhere and pay more money. Incredibly unprofessional, zero consideration of how the customer feels. I paid £34 to feel upset that someone else didn’t do their job! Would never go there again.

Got my gel nails today and upon returning home one nail peeled off. Very disappointed. The lady that did my nails didn’t make me feel comfortable-and she didn’t even tell me even her name. Really bad experience

I love going there, nothing to complain about, the girls are so lovely, especially Natasha. The venue looks warm and chic, they always improve the way it looks and it's very clean as well. Best wax I've ever had and beautiful manicure. Definitely recommend.
I had a massage, facial and eyebrows with Hannah for the last two months. It was amazing, relaxing, perfect just what I need to have some chill out me time. Hannah is very friendly and confident at what she does. Making sure all the time you are happy and comfortable through treatments.Looking forward too next month x
