   I absolutely love coming here! Every visit feels like a little escape from the chaos of the day. The nail techs always seem to know exactly what I want and somehow perfect my nails every single time. What I appreciate most is that they never rush just to squeeze in more clients—unlike so many other shops, they truly take their time and focus on quality. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. The techs are friendly and chatty, and even the other customers contribute to the warm, laid-back vibe. It’s the perfect place to wind down after a stressful day at work—I always leave not only with beautiful nails, but also feeling refreshed and cared for. This is hands down the best nail shop I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

   I’ve attempted to visit twice. The first time I asked about prices, and the male attendant looked me up and down as though I wasn’t good enough to step foot in there. Today, as I’m in walking distance, I tried to get an infill. The same man sighed theatrically when I said I didn’t have an appointment, and said no, they couldn’t cater for walk ins, could I come back Wednesday. (If I could come back Wednesday, I wouldn’t be here today, would I?) Very rude and I’ve given him more than enough opportunity, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

   Really great service every time and great quality of finish on nails - mine have never chipped or peeled and always look 10/10! Everyone is so friendly and have a relaxed vibe about the place as well. My last set (French tips with white chrome) ended up being my engagement nails and I couldn’t be happier!

   These guys are great. My nails last almost a month. They do evenings and happy to accommodate to crazy nail art ideas, although it's not something they offer. These stars where painted by hand. The only thing I'd improve is the TV just plays screenshots and it can be a bit dull when you're there at least an hour.

   Recommend by a friend & been here three times - had great service and really good nails each time (2 x acrylic & once for shellac). Technician removed old nails so carefully and patiently which was something I was worried about. Highly recommend. Only downside is last 2 occasions their card machine wasn’t working so had to go get cash from the ATM a few doors down which is no big issue.

   Usual manicurist is away so visited this place on recommendation of a friend and based on good reviews. Very disappointing. Removal of previous gel has left me with sore fingers and bleeding cuticles. Manicurist didn't seem fazed and I had to ask to wash my hand where it was bleeding which makes we wonder about their levels of hygiene. I decided to leave sharpish without getting gel reapplied. Won't be returning!
