What a wonderfully warm and welcoming team. I visited for a spray tan, back and shoulder massage and wash and blow dry and the team were incredibly friendly, helpful and fun! It was a great start to our Hen weekend and I shall definitely visit again. Thanks so much ladies.
By far the best beauty salon I’ve ever been too!!!! First impressions count and Jenny and Emily went out of their way to help me with all my enquiries, and Sharon looked after me for my treatment - she was so highly professional and friendly - plus I got a discount for being a 1st time customer. Had a lush experience here! I was recommended Emily, as she is more experienced with curly hair. I was about 20 minutes late due to maps taking me to one of the car parks at Nonsuch Park instead so fyi, type in the actual David Lloyds or Nonsuch High school to get there. But anyway, called them to apologise and the lovely lady on reception gave me directions. When I got there I was offered a hot drink, which is always a nice touch. Hair cut itself was fantastic. Emily really listened to what I wanted and advised me around it. Chopped off quite a bit so this stuff is important! Additionally I got a great discount as a first time customer! First time at Saks in Cheam. Dan is an amazing hairdresser! He had to do a complete restyle on me and worked his magic! Will DEFINITELY be back!!!! Thinking of getting some colour next time too! ☺️
Last week I had hair cut for me and my daughter there was a girl who was newly trained. I booked my appointment with dan but at arrival I was told that a girl ( forgot her name) is expert and she will cut our hair. Anyway she washed my hair cut only for 4/5 minutes which I was surprise because she didn't cut much and the shape was not the one I asked. She dried my hair and tried a little more. Came home.agter 1st wash and straightnjng I found my hair from one side was roughly trimmed and longer from other side. I booked appointment to get it fix. Because of traffic I reach a bit late. The who cut my hair was quite but dan continuously arguing that I am late and he is not able to fix it. He spend ten minutes on phone arguing then another ten minutes in salon but he said he don't have time to cut. I Same for my refund and he said I missed 2 appointments which a nig lie because I cancelled appointment before 48 hours. Anyway he was blaming me. But after that he agreed to fix my hair. He didn't wet my hair and didn't pay attention. After fixing my hair are still not in good shape. Sam's heston is 100% best than saks cheam. He don't value his customers but happy to play blamed game. Really disappointed.you can see in picture this after he fixed.
I have been having my hair done at Saks with Dan for a year now and he is the best hairdresser i have ever had! He always is so helpful when wanting to try something new with my colour as well as explaining everything to me really clearly and thoroughly. I always really look forward to my time in the salon as i know the amount of time and care Dan puts into each individual client and is also such a calm environment compared to other busy/ loud salons. The salon is always immaculately clean and appointments always followed on time. To summarise: 5 star service with the loveliest staff !
Absolutely love this salon! All the staff are so very friendly and welcoming and obviously work really well together as a team. Dan did an amazing colour and cut on my hair today, walked out of salon feeling a million dollars.!
I visited the salon a while ago to have my hair done as I wasn't pleased with the service I was getting at another salon. The staff were lovely and welcoming and asked me lots of questions to gain knowledge of my needs. They had the experience and knowledge to offer great advice and the right products to use. I had my colour done and was so happy with it I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I have since had some beauty treatments aswell which which were lovely, I really felt pampered! The owner Sharon is fantastic and knows everything you need to know about all aspects of hair and beauty. Highly recommend you book an appointment because guarantee you won't want to go anywhere else x
