   I phoned up before hand and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and took the time to understand what I needed and told me that they were in stock so I went in and spoke to a man who had already got the fine thread nuts and bolts that I couldn’t find anywhere else and then went even further and suggested something that would suit the job even better and was very understanding of me getting a little flustered and calmed me down. He was very knowledgeable and knew where everything was in the huge rows of storage shelving. I would like to thank them for helping me out and would definitely recommend them.

   Absolutely fantastic place! I rang them up, and they had what I needed waiting for me in 5 minutes. When the bolt didn't fit, John was incredibly helpful, and helped me find the right tap to fix the hole I was mounting it in. Could not recommend them more highly, and in particular John was amazing with how he went out of his way to help. Will definitely be using again in the future.

   Visited the Hindley Branch this morning. The man behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. My only observation is that he seemed stressed out with the amount of orders he had to deal with. Managers should take note this man needs a another member of staff to support him in busy periods especially if they want to retain a hardworking, dedicated member of staff who is doing his level best for them.

   This place had exactly what we needed on two separate occasions, both times we needed uncommon fixings from American valves, not only did they have exactly what we needed, but they guy was extremely helpful and even more knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will be using every time we need similar parts!!

   ordered some drills online they didn't have the items i wanted in stock (said in stock on the website btw), they agreed over email to refund then never refunded even after several chase emails, luckily i purchased through PayPal and they clawed my money back. beware if your purchasing online!!!
