   Staff are friendly and helpful, what i like about Wickes is that everything 99.9% of the thim is in stock so you not waisting time running round other shops looking for what you need, and there's plenty of parking.

   We visited the Warrington store for a new kitchen and had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun their design consultant. He was very professional and suggested ideas to help keep the cost low and listened to what I wanted and produced a lovely layout. Even his after sale care was great - as we had an issue with worktops being out of stock which would have held up our install but Shaun managed to rectify the issue quickly for us. Thanks Shaun.

The staff were endlessly helpful and took a lot of time to try to sort the issue for me. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good customer service.

   Had a new Bathroom fitted which we were delighted with. Yeah we paid a little more using Wickes fitting service but wanted the peace of mind of the guarantee. Fours months after fitting we now have a shower head that leaks, a shower door that opens by its self and a toilet that every few flushes needs to be taken a part to release a level that keeps sticking, let alone the self closing toilet seat that I’ve been sent a replacement but have no idea how to fix. I have wasted now hours trying to talk to people on the phone who promise to get the issues resolved then seem to run to the hills and the next day “poof” my need for help is forgotten about! Today I was forced to go in to the shop wasted another hour of my life trying to get action even the shop could not get an answer on the phone?!? No managers to help? Now again at 23:15 at night I’m having to take my toilet apart? Wickes simply this is not good enough!! Please act.

   Went to Wickes Warrington on Thursday and it was a brilliant experience. I was looking for 3 different coloured Dulux paints , 2 tins I found on the shelf, however the third colour I needed wasn’t there. I asked a lady on the till and she was so friendly and helpful , she assured me that the colour I was looking for they did still have it and produce it but they now mix it. She called her colleague over to the paint mixing station and I came away with exactly what I needed. Also at half price as it was on offer. Both ladies were very professional, knowledgeable and superb at their jobs. Excellent customer service skills…..with service like this it definitely needs recognition from management ⭐️

   Called into Wicks Warrington today to get some wallpaper, and was told by the young assistant @ 17:30 on a Saturday, oh we don't sell wallpaper instore?? After coming from Liverpool! We also saw a nice larder unit (just what I wanted) and this same looked horrified that I asked her about something she obviously knew nothing about, ok she came over and looked, but she was still non the wiser, and there you go she allowed a sale to walk out the door. Come on Wicks Warrington employ staff that want to sell products for you, totally miffed with you guys, unfortunately this young lady is not a credit to your store.
