Tara was so good for both my treatments ; facial and spray tan. Helped me before, during and after too - as I was very nervous getting my first spray tan. She’s super friendly and extremely thorough with all the treatments! Really really happy and can’t wait to come back for my wedding treatments!
The salon and massage room is calm and luxurious. Had the pregnancy massage and facial with Audrey and she was so lovely and had magic hands. Highly recommend!
Had a lovely massage and facial at French & Corry, I couldn't reccomend it highly enough. I felt so relaxaed and rejuvenated after the session, worth every penny! The staff were lovely and welcoming, very friendly and put you at ease very quickly, the salon itself is in a lovely part of Hampstead, and is beautifully presented. 100% reccomend French & Corry to anyone!
I never write bad reviews but I had such an awful experience with the receptionist / nails person that I feel compelled to. I was running 10 minutes late with my grandma and when I called to give a heads up she was rude and said it would be taken out of the treatment time. So we arrived as fast as we could and were 5 mins late and from the moment we walked in she was SO rude. She didn't look up to say hello, and when I said sorry we're late but I've not heard of someone taking 5 mins out of treatment time (surely if that's the policy we should be told beforehand to arrive early) and she said WELL YOUR THE ONE WHO'S LATE IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM in such a rude way. I was so upset I started crying in the massage room and the therapist was LOVELY and did her best to help and said she would speak with the receptionist but we didn't get any apology or anything. I was unable to enjoy the massage (which was really really good) due to the unprofessional interaction and my grandma also said the same woman did her nails and didn't speak to her at all. I work in customer service and that is not how you treat someone. We also had 5 pounds left on the voucher and asked if we could use it towards a tip and the receptionist / nails person said no and offered no explanation as to why. It all felt very bitter – not how we wanted to spend our day off. Needless to say will not be returning.
The facial I had felt amazing and was done very professionally. Great customer service too. My skin still feels amazing four days later. I will definitely be returning!
Had a really lovely Elemis Facial with Tara. She is just brilliant. The salon itself is gorgeous, and perfect as across the road from my son's school! So will make it a monthly treat for myself! :-) 5/5 for quality and service. Highly recommended.
Had an amazing experience at French and Corry! I went to try a facial treatment. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The ambience of the place and the atmosphere in general made be super relaxed before my treatment. Highly recommending this place to anyone who would like to pamper themselves and feel totally refreshed!
