Charmaine is really warm and welcoming and honest. Charmaine gives really good hair care advice. Before coming to Nefertiti and meeting Charmaine I hated hated going to the salon, it was always an uncomfortable experience but Charmaine really put me at ease. I have really dry hair and I had a steam treatment and it felt really soft and nourished afterwards. She also shared some great hair care tips to get my hair back to its glory. I left feeling great and also took home some great Neal Yards products to take care of my natural hair. Very happy I came across this salon.
