First time trying this salon out and I’m super happy with my cut and colour with Emma. Really lovely chatting to her too. Great service and would recommend.
Had my first visit after lots of recommendations. Hadn't had my haor done in nearly a year so really needed some TLC. Everyone in there was so lovely and welcoming and I left very happy with my new hair. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

Worst experience! Apparently you can't complain if your cut is "lop sided" as this is what happens when you have a side parting!!! I had two different hair cuts styles - different at front and back! Manager is extremely defensive and unprofessionai. She handled my feedback poorly in front of the young inexperienced hairdresser instead of dealing with it herself but guess that's to be expected when the Manager isn't a hairdresser. I went to another hairdresser for their opinion and they had to laugh at the haircut by an "alleged" T&G trained hairdresser!! Stick with mature hairdressers as you might stand a better chance of decent haircut!

My mum had her first visit to a salon after completing a year of chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment. My mum has the biggest smile and the sparkle in her eyes. She has her confidence back and feels beautiful. Her first experience at Touche and with the lovely kind Emma has really left its mark on not just mum, but the family.
