I’m very happy with my experience at this salon. The keratin treatment left my hair smooth and shiny,and the hair colour did a week later turned out beautifully.Great results,professional staff,and high quality products.Highly recommend.
£60 for a haircut so bad it's almost unbelievable Followed by the worst customer service I'll ever receive in my life! My hubby very kindly bought me a gift voucher for this salon as my first mother's day gift. Despite knowing this, Zoe, the manager decided to give me the most awful haircut that myself and everyone in my life has ever seen. I knew it was bad when I was in the salon, as Zoe kept asking me if it was ok, and before I could respond she would try to correct the obvious chunks of hair missing in the back and the horribly lopsided and choppy fringe. After asking her to correct my fringe, she tried on one side, failed miserably and left the other side as is, as shown in the photo. By this point I knew she wasn't capable and with an awkward smile, I paid and left, not knowing the full extent of how bad this haircut really was... Until I got home and saw the state of it. Me and my partner agreed this was worthy of a full refund. Yet the owner gave me a sarcastic smile and said "no darling" and proceeded to refuse my husband as well. Not only was there no apology, Zoe actually defended her mistakes and told me "you can't expect it to be good every time. Some days might be bad." what kind of response is that? I got it fixed the following day by a hairdresser who told me this is the worst thing she's ever seen, and watching her fix it made the length difference even more obvious. I am still in a state of shock actually, as I've never had a bad experience at a salon... As hairdressers can usually, cut hair? Clearly not this one. By reading the reviews I can see that giving a bad service and then refusing to refund is common theme for Zoe. I expect to see a smarmy response to this review as well!
Jobs are done so poorly, both with the nails and the eyelashes . Recently had my nails done and most of them came off in less than a week. The very rude female owner refused to get them fixed and also refused to provide a receipt for the cash payments of £30. Then the more more polite male owner refunded £15. But then I had to go to another place to get them dons for Xmas. The job had been done so poorly that I had to pay £33 again just to remove the bad job and do a full set. So, it costed me £48 to have my nails done for this Christmas and loads of hassle. The lady is so rude and behaves unreasonably and inappropriately, so never going there again. Lack of accountability … very impolite!
This is a wonderful salon . Zoe and Sherry are very experienced, polite and a pleasure to deal. I love the treatment I receive from them and can highly recommend it .excellent service !
Terrible service. The esthetician, whose name was Zoe, not only was unexperienced but also incredibly impolite. She accidentally put wax in my hair and burned my arm. They did not even offer me a discount. Never going again.
A well established and reliable place. I have been visiting unique and had Sherry for facials and she is highly professional and very helpful offering a range of services and using Dermalogica. Sherry really knows her stuff! Both my daughters have also had their hair trimmed here and we’re very happy. Lovely personable staff and the prices are very reasonable with lots of excellent offers on facials and treatments.
Fantastic job! I received great service, I love the staff they are very professional, I had 3 times facial and recently they did for me hydro facial and it was amazing experience, also they did well with my brow lamination really recommend the salon.
THIS IS THE WORST SALON EVER!!!! not only did they make my hair look awful, but refused to give me a refund or fix my hair in a timely manner. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
