   Had a Swedish massage with Bianca and she was absolutely brilliant!! Really knew her stuff and got my long lasting pain in my neck and back out! It did return pretty soon due to my posture but it sure was great not to feel it for a little while! Would definitely return as a treat for myself as they’re not the cheapest and could have really done with a deep tissue but it was considerably more. Great overall experience! Thank you!

   Got gel nails here for the first time, horrible experience. The staff clearly didn’t have much experience doing gel nails, were very slow, were unprofessional (kept talking in their own language after I asked them if they could be a bit faster). They also didn’t paint the full nails, there’s a clear gap which normally shows after the nails grow out after a few days. And when I was ready to pay, they added a £10 charge for removal of gel that I had on my toes. Overall poor service, which is a shame because I do laser sessions regularly.

   Under new management. The place has really transformed. Great customer service. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend. I have dark skin and have had great results with Jina and Sarolta (who has sadly left), they are fabulous. Excellent knowledge and very soothing therapists. Very happy with the service here

   I just went and got my eyebrows waxed after waiting weeks to be able to do this Bianca who seen me today was so friendly, and smiley. She explained what she was doing every minute asking if I’m okay asking about my day, telling me about her background. Honestly if you need waxing or beauty hit up Bianca at Camden. As she does laser as well may have to come back if that’s the treatment I got with her she’s a keeper thanks Bianca ♥️

   Today i had a laser hair removal session, and my experience was excellent. Bianca was absolutely amazing — very friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was relaxed the entire time. I highly recommend her for anyone considering laser hair removal!

   After 4 laser removal sessions I can definitely see effect. However, for some parts it seems like 6 sessions (the most popular package) is not going to be enough which is a bit disappointing. I had a different lady doing the laser each session.. and I can definitely say there is a big difference in the level of service you get. Not all of them for example cover my moles which is a MUST when it comes to doing this procedure. All in all, I would recomend due to the good price but don't expect wonders.

   I honestly have no words for my manicure. I have been coming here many times, but tbh its never consistent. Although I think Marcy is doing quite a good job, their products and the tools are very old. Literally I have done my manicure two weeks ago and it never looked worse. Will not be coming back.
