Had the most amazing facial here, service was 10/10, such knowledgeable staff and they are the only place in London stocking ultraceuticals! I left with a few samples as well to try which was lovely. Absolutely incredible experience will be back.
First time in this place, arrived on time and had to wait 15-20mins because she had someone or was running late. Veronica apologised for being late and I said it’s fine, start of the session was really good but at the end it wasn’t that good. Very disappointed at the end because Veronica said to me please get ready quickly because I have someone else waiting. Veronica didn’t think about me when I had to wait. One more thing I think professional like Veronica should think before they say anything. I’m planning a second time with another beautician and I will decide if I’m back again to Monica Tolan.

Had the best facial with Claire, she is so well educated with not only skincare but advanced procedures such as microneedling and laser. She took into consideration my holiday and chose the best treatment for me. As I was going to the Coldplay concert she didn’t want my skin to be vulnerable and not able to wear makeup to the concert. Her knowledge with environ products was so beneficial to me. I’ve been using environ for about 6-7 years but she explained it further, which I love. Def will be back!
Skin 3 is a great salon! I have only started having facials there this year and always leave very happy. The therapists are highly trained, professional, friendly and the salon is very covid secure!
I've been visiting this salon for a few years now, usually for back massage and eyebrows. The team is very nice, the place is always clean and my therapist Louise is very professional. The salon is just off the busy Finchley Road, a few minutes' walk from Finchley Road or Swiss Cottage Stations.

Absolutely amazing experience. Kristina is a total professional who listened to my skin (acne) concerns, was happy to answer every tiny question, and wasn’t pushy at all when it came to recommending products. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her!
This is one of those rare finds in the skin world! Great friendly staff, your skin feels amazing when you walk out, and for someone with easily irritated skin, it's always amazing the facials don't leave me red and blotchy for days, like most other places. They have fantastic products both for skin and makeup... But they don't force them on you like lots of places do. Very highly recommend! Thank you!
