I had a problem with a dripping concealed toilet cistern. I spoke to Jason Wilkinson who was extremely helpful and managed to diagnose the issue over the phone! Jason sent the required parts to me and, following my reluctance to repair myself, arranged for his colleague Andy to visit. Andy fixed the issue in no time at all. I couldn't believe how simple it appeared to be to repair components of the cistern! We have been extremely happy with the Tissino products we purchased (across 2 bathrooms). The after-sales service is also excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Tissino products.
I called Tissino because I was having problems with a toilet seat. I spoke to Jason Wilkinson who understood the problem, explained how I could resolve it and sent me some new fittings which he thought might help. He dealt with the matter in a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful manner. First class customer service.
Excellent customer service from Jason. I had recently removed and replaced a towel radiator after a renovation and managed to lose a small piece. Jason was able to send out a spare part with no fuss and the item was delivered with 1 working day by courier. Fantastic service to complement the fantastic product!
My son slipped on his bum and the tray cracked.the installers refuse to Help and the suppliers say there is nothing wrong with there tray. Do not use this tray anti slip does not work . Tray is fragile
Tissino are an amazing company with the best level of service. Their products are really great quality and their stock holdings are plentiful. This company knowingly advertise incorrect specifications re their shower trays. They send samples that are totally different to the actual construction. The samples are great but the actual trays are nothing like the samples. They are fully aware and agree with this but continue to mislead. Do not trust them. Trading Standards have been made aware. Reply to Tissino's response: You refused to talk to me - told me to talk to the retailer. I understand you only changed your advertising material after Trading Standards were involved. You are still sending out samples that are nothing like the actual trays. I will be taking this further

I don't normally leave reviews on products or services but, this time, I had to as my husband an I were really impressed with the customer service we received. Believe me or not, a couple of months ago, one of my cats managed to break the cistern lid in one of our bathrooms. We then got in contact with Tissino and this lovely gentleman called Jason arranged to send us a new lid completely free of charge! We received the lid a few days later. I don't remember the last time a company provided such an amazing and friendly customer service like Tissino. You guys are definitely at the top of my list of the best companies I have dealt with.
