Gel Manicure, facial and waxing. Been coming to this professional, local high end salon for 25 yrs! The treatments, service and ambiance are excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend - everything a beauty salon should be.
I have been going to Oxygene for 17 years and it is a wonderful experience. Friendly with a very high standard of treatment. I couldn't recommend Naj and the whole team highly enough.
The facial and pedicure were fine but unfortunately I was overcharged by a considerable amount. This was clearly an accident but trying to get the money back was painful. The owner/manager kept saying I’d had the refund when I hadn’t and kept me waiting 3 weeks while she tried to resolve it. I only got the money back because I refused to leave the salon. The manager is quite scary and doesn’t understand about consumer law. They charge premium prices for budget style service levels. Very disappointing and left me shaken and feeling like the guilty party
I can see why some of the other reviews mention the same thing. The staff could be a little friendlier and more approachable. I feel quite torn because the lady who did the piercings for my two nieces was lovely, but a few of the interactions just didn’t sit right with me. The overall vibe and energy didn’t feel very welcoming, and for the location and prices, I expected a bit more warmth and professionalism. I had considered booking treatments for myself, but after this experience, I’ve decided not to.
Have been here a few times and had facials everyone is always nice and facials are good! But went to get my nails done for the first time and they are amazing ! The colour the shape love it, super clean environment really would recommend.

I tried this salon on a recommendation. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment & the woman told me that she could only do a file/shape + gels instead of manicure which was booked. I said fine & we went ahead. Within a few minutes her rage had subsided & she realised that she could do the manicure, I was very grateful. She was pretty rude but fine. Within days the gels started to peel and flake on every nail (to varying degrees) bar 2. I called back to ask for them to be filled & the owner was incredibly rude. Told me it had never ever happened before & that she could fix it next week (it’s Wednesday!) I asked if she could simply remove them given I now have navy grubby chipped nails and she’s said they same thing, “next week”. She put me on a cancellation list. Absolutely awful service & phone manner. So rude & unhelpful. I could forgive bad service if the actual job was done well but got neither. Have had to go elsewhere to fix a job I paid them to do. Would absolutely not recommend.
Highly professional, warm and welcoming staff. Very clean. Fantastic treatments. I have been going there for years, I highly recommend it.
My 15 month old daughter had her ears pierced here today and I couldn't be happier with the service. They were really friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning for treatments. Thank you ladies.
