   Absolutely useless. I booked a lash lift with beautyrehab and called up to ask when the best time would be to come in for my patch test. Lady on the phone told me to come in Weds or Thursday to which I told her I work those days is 5pm okay? She said 5 is fine no appointment needed just pop in. I turned up a few mins before 5 on Thursday evening after driving for half an hour from work to find that they were shut! Called and called to see if anyone was still there - no answer. Emailed them complaining about the situation and asked them to please cancel my appointment (at this point I was so annoyed I didn’t even care about the deposit just did not want to do any more business with them). Clearly they don’t look at their emails because at the time of my appointment I had a missed call from them so can only imagine they didn’t even bother cancelling. Honestly terrible service and communication from start to finish.

   Beauty Rehab is such a beautiful place that caters to all - I went to get my extensions by the wonderful Eliz who always gets my hair to perfection - her wealth of knowledge and understanding of hair is incredible and I can leave her to it as I know the result will always be outstanding. Whilst there I was able to get my nails done by Tanyel who once again just got it spot on. My fave place - the staff are warm and welcoming too - highly recommend ❤️

   Highly professional. Every time I’ve come to the salon I’ve been greeted with smiles and politeness. Services are always up to scratch, blowdries and colours always on point and my lashes brows and nails get repeated every 3 weeks and last me without any problems. Just started my laser course too and I’m so impressed with the machine. My go to place that I recommend everyone too

   Had a facial/massage service, which was great. I went with a friend as I wanted to treat her and she really loved the massage. I personally didn't know the massage was included in the package I paid for and was kind of surprising, I think it's great but I don't like the idea of being massage so I got only the facial and I really enjoyed it. The staff was kind and helpful. Since I didn't want the massage, they arrived with a good understanding. Had my eyebrows done, love them

   I had a Brazilian wax done here and it was great! The therapist took a lot of time and effort to make sure all the hair were removed and that I was happy with the final look. The only criticism I have is that she used the same wooden stick throughout, while it would be much more hygienic to use a new stick each time - no double dipping.

   Please do not book this salon, they are after your money. I have used there services for eyelashes couple of times and I had a booking for Saturday due to emergency work commitments I had to reschedule my appointment, the receptionist just said “I cant and you will loose your deposit, I can only make new booking”. Why should I loose my deposit if I am only rescheduling due to work emergency, I am not cancelling the appointment. The rude staff just cancelled the appointment and kept my deposit. The website says open till 8pm and I have been calling the salon from 17:00 Thursday but no one pick up than how can someone reschedule on time if no one picks up. Absolute disappointment this salon. I understand every business wants to make money but not like this. This is the best way to loose clients and yes you have lost one client today.

   Incredible experience, Maria at the reception is lovely! In terms of the eyelash extensions, Yagmur is amazing!! I showed her the picture of what I wanted, she did an incredible work I’m so happy! The team is incredible - I highly recommend this place! They care about their customers, it’s a 10/10

   I’ve been using Beauty rehab for many years and should of wrote this review sooner. The professionalism and care is second to none. They are attentive and give the best advice for you. I use most of their services. It’s actually my “pit stop” for everything. I’ve had my lashes, brows, done here also waxing and nails. I like the fact that they do test patches before my appointment before I started going there just to make sure that I’m not allergic as I mentioned my sensitive skin. I especially like the fact that I felt welcomed when I walked. I’m sure this is the place where you will enjoy your visit!

   Staff where really nice and helpful. I asked for a lilylash remake and she done exactly that. Overall i was really happy with the service they also provide you with your own lash comb . The lashes lasted me a good 3weeks still going strong with a little fall out.
