Katy and her team really care! Although I've moved out of the area, I still make the journey to World of Beauty because it's worth it!    Had a laser facial massage here and it was honestly perfect. The staff were so lovely, explained everything clearly, and the place felt super calm and welcoming. My skin looked so amazing afterwards that I ended up booking a course straight away, mainly because I felt so confident in their service and the results. Everything about the experience, the environment, the care, the information they gave me felt professional but at the same time really warm and personal. Thank you guys :)

   This was honestly the best facial I’ve ever had in my life, no exaggeration, and I’ve had plenty. Jessica was incredibly kind and warm from the very beginning, and her hands are truly magical. I did the 45-minute hydrating facial, and it was perfect. Cleansing, massages, mask and while the mask was doing its thing, she gave me an amazing neck and head massage. 100% recommended. An absolute delight.

   Katy pierced my daughters ears yesterday. She was very friendly and put us at ease. She made sure we were happy with the position of the holes before piercing. Did the piercing quickly and they seem to be healing really well. Would recommend!

Every time I go I am warmly welcomed and feel completely taken care of and looked after, and am so satisfied with the way I look. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
