I have been going to Nail Studio for about 4 years now and I love every set of nails I’ve had! I often have a design and they are always able to do the design or recommend something similar. They take their time and ensure that I am happy with the colour, design and shape. If I forget to book an appointment they will often have time for me there and then or suggest a time to come back. Today I had a my gels taken off and re done with French tip and a design.
Always such warm and friendly service and they always manage to fit me in no matter how busy they are. And look how gorgeous my nail art was today! Better than I could have imagined. Thank you all x

Nails Studio is a great place where I get a lot of compliments about my nails here. All my girls and I had so much fun! Feel like family. They made all of us feel very comfortable. Definitely going back!
I really enjoyed my time at Nail Studio. Great customer service and everyone is so friendly, it's definitely worth every penny. The person who did my nails was very good and she did a great job. I will definitely be back .
I went to the salon on Sunday where I completely wasted my time. I wanted to get my nails done and was recommended this place, I had never had my nails done before so I was so happy to try something new! Although the 2 members of staff in that day were nice, I am extremely disappointed by the results, the professionalism and most importantly the quality of mot only the manicure but the quality of the craftsmanship… As my very first experience, let me tell you I am traumatised and I will never get my nails done ever again, especially not at this place. This is very poor quality, quick work, no details and a complete waste of my time. Within 20 mins I asked for everything to be removed and my money back. I was given a £20 gift certificate and offered to have it redone but I am afraid too late too late (the gesture is appreciated but I will never go back to this salon and completely ruined my first experience.) I cannot give more than 1 star. I cannot recommend. Edit: I wont reply to your comments because I don't want to be insulting. There is no excuses for POOR skills. You wouldn't have given the money back, I would have reported you to the UK trading standards. Ego is bad. Next time, do BETTER.
My daughter and I had a pedicure and manicure, it was a lovely experience and I love my nails. Found staff very friendly and nice. Our nails were done to perfection and would most definitely be coming back for my infills. I got SNS (dip ins) and shellac and my daughter had ombre acrylics and shellac paint on her toes. Best manicure and pedicure I've done in a while. Highly recommend, I booked an appointment online and I was seen and my chosen time, no delays and fast service.
