I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. The milky white finish on my toenails turned out patchy, which I didn't like at all. The staff seemed rushed and unprofessional, and one of the ladies was quite rude. Additionally, they didn't have three of the colors I requested. I won’t be returning to this place again.
I’ve been a regular at this nail salon for a while because they always take amazing care of my nails. I usually get BIAB with gel on top, and the team is always kind, patient, professional, and consistently deliver great results. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work, attention to detail, and excellent customer service!
Another one star review... Our first time in there. Nails £42, two of which came off after just ten days and they won't refund only replace but if the rest are just as shoddy... we had them all removed just to be safe, but a shocking waste of money. I'd suggest avoiding this place.

The main issue was that my cuticles weren’t properly cleaned—there was still visible buildup, and the attention to detail just wasn’t there. For the price, I expected a more thorough and professional manicure. The staff was friendly, but the quality of the work left a lot to be desired. I won’t be returning.
