Very happy after visiting Eleven today for a wash cut and blow-dry, Clara was really lovely to chat with and did exactly what I asked for. Beautiful end result, not cut shorter than I wanted, really happy :)

I went to go get my hair done and the customer service was amazing. Lovely people working there. Also Clara who did my hair is very talented. I was very pleased with my hair.
I just popped in on the off chance without an appointment, for a wash and blow dry as had a date the next day and couldn’t do anything with my hair.. Had Clara, who was delightful. Everyone was very friendly and I was offered a cup of tea. Clara did an excellent blow dry - great volume and also offered to tidy up the back of my neck with the razor.
Ella is a great nail technician. She is quick but you don’t feel rushed. I love my shellac. The salon is very clean; the girls very attentive. I will come back again and again. Highly recommend.
Had a gel manicure with Ella and it is perfect! No electric drill things used here, all gently done with files and the finish is absolutely perfect, and I’m a lifelong nail biter but she transformed them! It will be my go to for nails from now on and Ella is a lovely girl too and salon is lovely, very relaxing professional atmosphere, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Clara did an amazing job with my hair. My hair was quite damaged due to previous hair styling and I walked out of the salon with my hair looking very healthy and with perfect balayage cut and blow dry. Would definitely recommend. All staff we really welcoming and friendly too. An overall lovely experience. Thank you xx
I needed a last min booking and I found this place! I didn't catch the girls name but she was lovely and sweet and patient towards me to find the right colour and what I wanted, my result is just what I wanted! I will come again. Thank you yet again.
Bee is one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever had, she does amazing hair colour and it always looks flawless and well blended she really knows how to work will all different hair colours and will always give the best results and she does the best blow dry (especially curls) too! All the other girls were really friendly and welcoming. Everything was wiped down after each person sat in chairs. Definitely recommend!!
