    I’ve booked and prepaid for two treatments at this establishment to be asked, on arrival, to cancel the transaction and pay to them directly. They said the app I’ve booked through won’t realise payments to them, though never mentioned until I was about to start my treatment and, despite having my contact details. The receptionist couldn’t care less that I’ll be out of pocket for more than £100 until I’d my refund, hopefully in 10 days time. I was not prepared to pay for something twice so decided to leave as I felt scammed. Zero customer service or customer care here.

    My sister recommended me this salon in North Finchley. And it did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and helpful and go the exta mile to make you feel welcomed and pampered. The music and ambience are relaxed. They offer a very good portfolio of services and discounts. Very professional and lovely place.I recommend this place and will use in the future.

    I had my BIAB nails done at Fairmount spa and I absolutely LOVE them! The nail varnish selections was huge! They had so many colours! I found the colour I was looking for and my nails turned out great! They were so professionally done I was very impressed! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I have been going to FairmontvSpa since 8 to 9 years now I highly recommend their services. They are amazing at your skin consultancy followed by their facials and Dorota who is my favourite go to has really good knowledge of full body massag and points. I trust her with my eyes closed.     From my personal experience the staff were incredibly friendly; they have a very relaxing environment; I have always had amiable and insightful conversations with them. I Originally went here to get a treatment done on one of my many scars; I spoke with their specialist beautician who informed me of the injection they usually use so i paid the deposit, a couple days later I spoke another young lady, she informed me the treatment wasn't suitable for this specific scar because i had previously had laser treatments on it and she gave me a full refund straight away. To summarise I will be going back in the future, the shop has great services, a pleasant atmosphere; I also find the staff to be honest, friendly, insightful and amiable conversationalist. On a separate note, I have to apologise because I am notably bad with names; I am more faces kind of person.

    Dora was amazing! She has golden hands. I had a deep cleaning facial and I came out as a different person. Good quality products, nice rooms with nice ambience. Looking forward to going back. They have more beauty packages to try. Highly recommended

    I have had Hot stone massages before but this was by far one of the top massages I have had. Left feeling absolutely relaxed and loose. The ladies are also so lovely, calming and welcoming. Highly recommend this spa. You will not be disappointed.
